Rules of Entering

SOTM RULES & CONDITIONS
1. You can only enter one site per month.
2. You must have an 88 by 31 pixel link back button.
3. No bribing! Just put one of my link back buttons on your site and/or userlookup to show people you have a button up here.
4. You must own a site to enter the SOTM but you dont have to own one to vote!
5. If you enter you are definitely allowed to vote.
6. If you use side accounts to vote for your own site, you will be disqualified.

BOTM RULES & CONDITIONS
1. You can only enter one button.
2. The button must be 88 by 31 pixels.
3. You cannot redo your button, once it has been submitted it can't be changed sorry.
4. No bribing! Just put one of my link back buttons on your site or userlookup to show people you have a button up here.
5. There are no rules about owning a site to vote or enter!
6. If you enter you are expected to vote for 3 buttons. But, you cannot vote for yourself.
7. You must use the image provided, you can choose text.
8. If you use side accounts to vote for your own button, you will be disqualified.

Hi there! I believe that the sites listed here are THE BEST in Neopia. It's my opinion, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed!! I am very open to suggestions though ;)
