Hello! My name is Scout and with my brother Duno, I run this agency. I was rescued from the Pound when I was just a kid, and I now wish to help other pets in the same way! I'm also a part-time mail carrier, so I travel all around getting to meet new orphans and people all the time. One day, I hope to give them all a home, maybe with you!

If you would like a copy of TNO's Pledge, here it is: If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again. 3. Please use BABY CHOMBIES properly in a sentence somewhere in your app or I guarantee you your app will be deleted immeadiately! 4. Ask me about my pet before I choose the owner, and I will block you. 5. I don't set deadlines. Fact is, I find it frustrasting to be forced to wait until that deadline. Chances are unless I'm giving away a Draik, I know the best from the worst as soon as I read the app. So if you're chosen, you'll know, and I'll you aren't, you'll know (y'know, unless your app was deleted). If I'm ever unsure I'll wait a few days, but I'm usually pretty sure. 6. ANSWER IN MORE THAN ONE SENTENCE FOR GOD'S SAKE! IT WILL GET YOU SO FAR! I love a good story, ramble, or novel. Go ahead-I'm one of the few people who WILL READ IT with a smile on my face! 7. Impress me! If you want this pet so bad-show it! Go all out! Every time you should put your best foot forward! 8. I DON'T REQUIRE PETPAGE APPS. I do like them, and I use them often. I probably will give you mad props if you do so much as take a premade, write a few paragraphs, and add a picture or two (which only takes an hour or so people, seriously). But still, you don't have to. If you make one, put a disclaimer. Put a disclaimer anywhere in any font, in any colour, I honestly don't care, just do it so I don't get a time out from TNT. XD 9. REGARDING SPELLING AND GRAMMAR: My own dad is dyslexic. I've met people who don't speak English. If it's possible; I've heard it or seen it. Let's get this straight, though. If you have a problem that seriously affects your typing and can't be helped by running your text through Microsoft Word, I'm cool with that. Let me know and I won't be upset at all. Anyone else, you're on your own. I've been writing for the past six years on my own, with nothing but a spell checker, a dictionary, and a big imagination. I know all people aren't Einsteins, but I know that the majority high schoolers are smart enough to use "to," "two," and "too" correctly. I know you people don't write essays for school like that (at least I hope you don't) and any right-minded person, including me, will throw away your app if it has every other word misspelled. 10. Have fun! I'm not as vicious as I look! If you have a question-ask it! If you just wanna chat-feel free!
