Rules: (READ BEFORE YOU ASK TO BE LENT)
Yes there are rules, please read. Everyone I am lending to, I trust very much. I don't know you all, since its off the AC, but I still trust you. I have worked very hard getting all my pets, so please no funny business. Just so you know, I save all neomails, and screen capture everything!
1. Account must be over 6 months old. Depending on your avvie count, I MIGHT lend you at 4 months
2. Must have over 100 avvies.
3. Must have at least 1 game trophy.
4. Must have at least 1 painted pet.

Extra Pound transfers
You get an extra pound transfer (in and out) for each 2 years (24 months) of membership.
1 - 23 months — 1 user-to-user transfer
24 - 47 months — 2 user-to-user transfers
48 - 71 months — 3 user-to-user transfers
72 - 95 months — 4 user-to-user transfers
96 - 119 months — 5 user-to-user transfers
120+ months — 6 user-to-user transfers

Rules after you are on the list

READ this IF I LEND TO YOU:
1. Check this page often. The list can change overnight. Before you send my pet off, check the list to make sure you send to the right person.

2. Once you get the avvie(s), neomail the person next on the list. DONT JUST SEND THEM THE PET! Please neomail first. Once they reply, send them the pet the following day (TNT rule)

3. Once you have transferred the pet, please neomail me. This just lets me know who has my pets. I do remember when people neomail me or don't neomail me. If you don't neomail me, I will NEVER lend to you again.

4. If the person doesn't respond, neomail me. I will neomail the NEXT person on the list. And the person who didn't respond will be skipped.

5. Please don't take off any items on the Neopet. Leave the clothes and backgrounds the way they are.

6. DON'T take off a petpet. Don't even rename the petpet. I had someone do this, and they accidentally took off the petpet.

*** If the person your suppose to send the pet to next has *** by their username, DON'T send them the pet. Skip them. The *** Means they have not send me a confirmation neomail promising not to do funny business.

If you're skipped You may neomail me (ROOROO43) I can add you to the end of the list.

	Kau - Fortune Teller Have something with the word 'Crystal Ball' in it's name in your inventory, and view the lookup of a 365+ days old Pink Kau.		Koi - Spotted Plushie Visit the lookup of any painted Koi while you have a Koi Plushie (any colour) in your inventory.
	Moehog - Halloween Have something with the word 'sloth' in it's name in your inventory, and view the lookup of a Halloween Moehog.		Scorchio - Scordrax Have any color Scorchio Plushie in your inventory and then view the TCG Collection of someone who has the Scordax (tcg) in their collection like this person: pinkcaddy.
	Gelert - Starry Have something with the word 'starry' in it's name in your inventory, and visit the lookup of a Starry Gelert.		Nabile Have something with the word 'ring' in it's name in your inventory, and go to neopedia article about Nabile
	Robo Put any furniture with 'Robo' in its name in your Neohome. You must have a Neohome with atleast one room in order to do so.		Tomos Have something with the word 'scarab' in it's name in your inventory, and have only 1np out of your bank account. Then go to the 2nd page of the How to draw Tomos page.
	Lesser Spotted Fish Visit the petlookup of your Tuskaninny while you have an item with the word 'spotted' in it's name in your inventory. This means you must own a Tuskaninny to get this avatar.		King Kelpbeard Click on King Kelpbeard (#33) at the Curse of Maraqua TCG Card Checklist while you have a Maractite Weapon in your inventory.
	Dark Nova Equip any item with the word 'Dark Nova' in it's name to your pet.		Scorchio - Haunted Equip any Haunted Weaponry item to your pet.
	Uni - Beauty Groom your pet with any Grooming item.		Toasty Visit Techo Mountain while you have an item with the word 'Bread' in it's name in your inventory.
	Gnome! Visit the Garden Centre while you have an item with the word 'Gnome' in it's name in your inventory.		Kiko Ninja View the Niten Hiroru Article at the Neopedia, while you have the 'Niten Hiroru' collectable card in your inventory.
	Gallery of Evil - Vira Visit Vira at the Gallery of Evil while you have an item with the word 'Mirror' in it's name in your inventory.		Fire Paw Put a 'Fire Paw' (collectable card) into your Neodeck.
	Kasuki Lu - Heeyah! Beat Kasuki Lu in the 1 Player Battledome.		Let It Snow! 50k Collateral Have an 'Icy Snowflake' in your inventory and check the Weather on Terror Mountain if the temperature is below 0 degrees Celcius, or if its hotter than that but it snows.
	Drackonack - Hungry Keep refreshing your inventory, while you have a Drackonack (any color) and one or more items with the word 'Cheese' in their name in your inventory. Do this until the Drackonack has eaten the cheese item. Getting this avatar is random.		Evil Fuzzle - BOO! Play with a 'Blue Evil Fuzzle' until it scares your pet and says BOO! Getting this avatar is random.
	I'm Smelly Keep refreshing your inventory while you have 10 different items with the word 'Dung' in their name in your inventory. Getting this avatar is random.		Mad About Orange Keep refreshing your inventory while you have 8 items with the word 'Orange' in your inventory. Getting this avatar is random.
	Codestones! Visit your inventory while you have all 10 original codestones (Mau , Tai-Kai , Lu , Vo , Eo , Main , Zei , Orn , Har , Bri) in your inventory.		Angelpuss Have an 'Angelpuss' (any color) or 'Devilpuss' attached to your active pet and view the Quick Ref Page.
	Two Ppots If i lend you my BD pet, I can lend you 2 Ppots to help you. 100k each collateral.		I Taunt The Pant Devil Keep refreshing your inventory while you have an item with an 'Est. Value' of more than 1 million in your inventory or items combined to a total of at least 5 million 'Est. Value'. Getting this avatar is random.
	Queen Fyora 800k collateral + an Item Let your pet play with a 'Faerie Queen Doll'.		Chokato 2.8 million collateral Keep refreshing your inventory while you have the 'Chokato (TCG)' in your inventory. Getting this avatar is random.
	Zafara - Double Agent 7 million Collateral Have a 'Zafara Double Agent Plushie' in your inventory and search for Zafara Double Agent.		Lawyerbot 3 Usuki 30k Collateral Have 50 unique items with the word 'usuki' in them in your inventory and then view your inventory.
