I was born in a odd family. My dad is living in China and my mom is trying to take care of her children while having a serious gambling problem. I am kid number two in our family. My big brother was 12-13 years old when I were born. When I was 2, my sister came into the family and another sister when I was 3. When I was 8, another sister got in. My mom got a hard time taking care of all of us. It got a little easier when my brother got pounded by our current owners. But not easy enough. My dad was gone and my mom was on the verge of breakdown. Her boyfriend was driving her down by having her trapped; She needed money and he needed workers. I doubt she even liked him. I didn't.

At the age of 10, I got thrown into the pound. Neither my mom nor our owner could afford keeping me. Back then I was just a tiny Aisha, innocent and unknowing of the pain placed in this world. I got taken in by several owners who fed me and threw me back into the pound. I didn't even have my current design, since I was so young.
As you probably already know, Neopets get their designs all of sudden. It can happen at any age. I met another Aisha in those homes. Her name was Novi. A fortune teller had once told her that she would never get another look than a plain desert Aisha and if she would get another look, it would happen at the right place and the right time and she would be the most beautiful Aisha on the planet. She tought me how to care for someone. I think she might be my best friend.

But yeah, back to the story.

I finally got into a home where I thought I would be happy. But no. The owner was cruel and he fired the ray beams at me. I couldn't do anything but watch my body change. I got healthier and faster, yes, even stronger. But it also messed me up mentally. I started to cut. I started to skip meals and not drink for days. Finally the owner, named Andy, decided that it was enough now. Now I was a Skunk Aisha. He put a collar on me and dragged me to the boards. He put up a poster and placed us next to the poster. People started to pass. A few people stopped, but nobody really caught Andy's interest. Finally, a girl stopped. In that moment, the time stood still. I had never seen such girl before. Not that she looked special in any way, but there was just something about her. She talked to Andy. I think she had felt the same spark as I had. Finally they gave eachother the hand and walked off with me. I didn't know where they were going. Finally we were at a place I knew too well. The Pound.
I prepared for the usual neclection, but something weird happened. The girl placed herself ready in the adoption door with a magnetic leash. Andy gave me a magnetic collar on before he gave me to Dr_Death. What happened next, happened very fast. In 5 seconds I was standing in the pound before the magnets pulled me to the girl. Without nothing more than a smile, she pulled me out of the pound. The adoption Uni smiled and congratulated us for finding each other.

Finally the girl had gotten me to a little house. She knocked on the door. The door got opened by a pretty Cybunny. Swishing with her white ears and blond hair she let us in. She took me up in her arms and carried me to the bathroom. I got a bath. I didn't like it much, since the baths at the pounds and the previous owners had been bad. Finally she dried me and combed me. That was quite nice to be combed. The girl left the room to find something and I took a look in the mirror. I could berely recognise myself. I was completely different than I remembered Skunk Aishas to be. My fur wasn't black and white, but a soft brown colour. I could feel my long black hair when I moved my head. It was odd. I knew that this was my permanent look.

Now, the girl was back. She had brought something. "The remains of your father" she said. I was not very sorry he had been frozen, though. He had never been there for me. She handed me the stuff. It was a ton of rubber rings, mainly black ones, but also blue and green and a single red one. There was also a necklace and a hat. I took my traditional Aishamarked collar off and wore the necklace. It fitted me perfectly. I wore all of it and looked at myself. I looked great. The girl smiled. We didn't need work to communicate. She took me by the hand and went to introduce me to the rest of my new family.
