Welcome to Xenite's Adoption agency where you can adopt limited edition/painted pets, or you can put your own limited edition/painted pets up for adoption. This is exclusively for guild members only where we strive to provide a lovely home to these beautiful pets. Please read and follow the rules. If you're interested in submitting your pets then please read the 'submit' section and fill out the corresponding form.

Adoption Rules

1. You will need to be a member of Xenite for a minimum of two weeks to be allowed to adopt a pet, and also a minimum of 10 posts on the guild message board.
2. Two weeks is not very long to wait to be able to adopt one of these pets, please do not just join Xenite to adopt a pet and then leave soon after adopting.
3. If the pet you adopt also has a petpet with it, you will get the petpet aswell.
4. First come first serve. So if I come online with 3 neomails from different members about adopting the same pet, the person who sent their neomail first will receive the pet, to be fair.
5. You may or may not be aware, but the neopets transfer limits all users to how often they can transfer pets each month, depending on how long they have had their account for. This mainly applies to Katie's accounts, but if you are wanting to adopt and I have ran out of transfers for the month, you have two options. I can either put you in the waiting line to have your pet transferred the following month/soonest month available, or we can take the risk and meet at the pound. This is your choice.
6. Each member can adopt a maximum of 4 pets a year from the adoption agency. This is because we don't want pets to be abandoned and transferred from owner to owner too often.
7. If you adopt a pet from here, you cannot choose to put it up for adoption here again unless you have owned the pet for a minimun of 6 months.
8.Please do not break the rules as this can result in consequences, depending on how severely someone has broken the rules eg. council warning, band from adoptiong page, suspended from the guild, deleted from the guild.

To adopt a pet, please fill out the following form and neomail it to Katie (loveisapuzzle).

Submitting your pet

So, you want to put some of your pets up for adoption?
Before you fill out the form, here are a few guidelines.

1. There is no limit to how long you need to be in the guild to abandon a pet, or how many messages you need to post, however, abandoned pets must not be sick, if your pet is sick you must cure it first before putting it up for adoption.
2. Please be sure you want to abandon your pets, as if someone adopts your pet we will not force them to return your pet to you. regardless of whether you are still a member of Xenite or have left the guild.
3. I prefer it if members who are not planning to stay in the guild long term do not abandon their pets, as it is very annoying to have to remove them from the page all the time, however if this does happen, please let Katie know so that she knows to remove the pet.
4. Once you have abandoned your pet, if someone wants to adopt the pet I will neomail you, and your will be responsible to transfer the pet to the other member.
5. Please make sure that you have a transfer available for this pet.
6. If someone hasn't yet asked to adopt your pet, you may have it removed from this page if you would like, but I will not remove pets from this page unless no one has asked to adopt it AND you have neomailed me asking to have it removed.
7. Please do not change your mind when someone is wanting to adopt your pet.
