Introduction

Good day, guest. I am Rosy the Ninth from the Altadorian Castle. It's a pleasure to meet you. Now, while, I can simply idly chat with you, I believe you have a favor to ask of me? Well, then! Let's get started!

As you may or may not know, when Adopting Neopets from Caring Fosters, they often ask for petpage applications. You may think that it is terribly evil of them but they are letting their own kind out into the world and they feel their fosters deserve only the best. After all, they were in the Neopian Pound*shudders*

And that is why I am here!

I have never experienced that cruelty so I am here to help others get adopted into loving homes! I will lend out my graphic skills to Neopians who wish to adopt from fosters. In more simple terms, I do custom PetPage Application Layouts! I have never run across another pet who has done this so I have taken it upon myself to join in the mission and bring Neopets to caring homes!

Rules & Regulations

While browsing you find a pet that catches your fancy. Hurray! You tell the Foster that you would like to apply for their foster. They agree. Yes! Two steps down, a million more to go! But you are willing to do it because you love the pet, right? Great! Here is where I will assist you in removing a few more steps.

Before you request, read the Rules & Regulations. Here are the Rules for getting a Custom PetPage!
  1. I will first say that I absolutely will not do your entire application for you. I will only do the graphics part.

  2. No chatspeak! I detest chatspeak with a passion and I do not understand one misspelled word of it! Your request will be flat out rejected!

  3. The pet's current foster/owner must be alright with having an application done by me. I will tell them that you requested a custom petpage for their foster. I will then ask if it is alright. If they say no, you must accept their wishes.

  4. Do not steal my work and do not claim them as your own! If I find that you have editted my credit, I will report you to Neopets.

  5. If you could upload the graphics on your own server, that would be much better than having me hang on to them. I upload them on a temporary image host so it is recommended that you save them to your own server and upload them.

  6. Be polite! This is cutting out of my free time so please be considerate. I understand that you may be impatient but please do NOT spam my owner's inbox. Once every other day is more than sufficient! If you have questions, try to send them all in one neomail. My owner's inbox DOES get full and she cannot check it every hour.

  7. Natsumi, my owner, would prefer to send the coding via email but if you would rather not reveal your email address, she could always post it elsewhere so you can still obtain the coding.

    **If you don't mind using your email address to obtain the coding, keep in mind this: Your email address will only be used for sending you the code. It will not be distributed and will solely be used for the coding exchange!!**

  8. You must use the form below! If you do not, I will not consider your request!

  9. If the requests are closed, please do not send a request. If it's closed, it's closed for a reason.

  10. Do not request more than one application every two weeks. If you are adopting pets quicker than that rate, chances are high that you are aiming only for pretty colors.

  11. Any questions you may have, feel free to neomail me, just please do not send a million neomails with the same rephrased questions. Like previously stated, compile all your questions in one neomail. It will be much easier that way.

  12. If you understand and obey the above regulations then you can fill out the form.

To Agencies

Foster parents, I will also lend my skills to you if you are in need of a layout. For the most part, the rules apply to you as well unless you are one of my friends. Obviously, you won't have to answer every question on the regular Custom App Form. :)

Rosy is *currently* accepting forms from role players. If role players want a new layout, neomail the form with as much applicable information as possible.
