You'll notice in the code it says NUMBER1, NUMBER2, NUMBER3, etc. Replace that with the corresponding item that goes there:

NUMBER1 - Put the name of the color you want the header font to be here.
NUMBER2 - Put the font face you want the header font to be here. For instance, arial or georgia or courier.
NUMBER3 - Put a number for the size of the font. 20 is probably a good size to start with, and then you can edit it from there. Oh, and don't take out the px part.
NUMBER4 - Replace this with either center, right, or left. This tells the text where it should be on the line. The petpage you showed me has it aligned to the right.
NUMBER5 - Put the color you want the underline to be here.
NUMBER6 - This is rather tricky. If you can't get it to work properly you can just take out this line of code. Okay, this will determine how close togather the underline and the text are. If your text size is 20 px, try setting the line-height to 20 px and make it larger or smaller to get the right look.
NUMBER7 - This sets how close the letters should be in the font. If you want them normally spaced, take out this line of code. If you want them a little closer togather, set it to -1 px and if you want them a little farther apart, try setting it to 1 px and edit it from there.

Now, wherever you want a header, just put this code:

And you're done!
