Match your number from your chart to the moon phases below for your answer.
Please note that as there are so many different alignments and many of them are very close, I have taken the first solution graphic off. I will continue to create more examples as I receive screenies, but please do not assume your alignment is identical. You really need to create the pie lines to get the correct answer.

To use this guide, create a pie like the examples below. Draw a line from the center of the sun through the center of Neopia. Label this line 1 and 9 with 1 always being nearest to the sun. Then continue to split Neopia into 16 sections, number each one sequentially.
Remember that the numbers always go clockwise.
Whichever number is closest to your moon is your answer. (The moon may not be exactly lined up, it's whichever is closest.)
