Welcome to my application for Ozrias! I want to start off by saying thank you for the opportunity to adopt your amazing Lupe. I've put my all into this application so I hope you like it! Take your time, have a look around and I'll keep my fingers crossed to hear good news from you soon!

About Me- Off Neo

As much as I love talking, and about myself no less, I find this to be the hardest section to write. I guess I'll start with the basics.

My name is Hillary Ann and I'm a 21 year old, full time college student. Well, according to every paper I fill out I'm a full time student, but in reality I'm a part time student, part time nanny, and full time average girl. I dabble in a little of everything, from active outdoors things like skiing and biking to lazy indoor stuff like surfing the internet and watching movies. I love web design (even if I'm really bad- thus, a premade layout) and hope to take a few classes next semester to get much better at it!

I have two younger sisters, one of which I've gotten addicted to Neopets as well (domino_4455). I'm very close with my family and recently moved in with my grandparents. I cherish being able to spend so much time with them and consider myself lucky I can have such a great relationship with them.

I also have a fluffy (not fat :P) cat named Kismet. After getting him, my boyfriend and I realized he was born on our anniversary. We decided it was fate and thus named him Kizzy. He's my little Kizzybean and now lives with me at my grandparent's house. He's a little monster in general, but when it's just us, he's the most cuddly cat you'll find! He's my baby!

About Me- On Neo

Well, I've been playing Neopets for almost nine years now (Wow! That flew by!) I'm an avatar collector, item hoarder, customizing neocash addict, and board lurker... I think that sums it up pretty well! LoL A typical day for me on Neopets is started with a list of dailies, followed by random item shopping and board lurking. I can usually spend several hours just lurking the boards (It's terrible! haha)



I don't make neopoints very quickly, but what I do make is most likely from luck on my dailies or a few games of Keyquest every day. I play a lot of Keyquest and I'm hoping to finish a second laboratory map very shortly! I love zapping pets to something amazing and adopting them out as dream pets to other players! I run my own adoption agency with the help of my sister and her boyfriend, who both zap pets and add them to my agency. It's under construction right now thanks to the new filters, but I'll hopefully have it back up and running shortly. For now, I just post on the boards and hope someone will find their dream pet.

The Family

I am currently working on two accounts. Eventually I will have three accounts of permanent pets, but I want to get my first two settled before adding any more. There is a lot of work involved when adding a new pet to the family and Ozrias would be no exception. First, he gets to pick out his choice of room in our cozy little neohome. The upstairs is currently being remodeled, but once it's finished the view will be amazing. =3 Next, I'd stock his closet full of snazzy clothes to wear and accessories galore (you'll get a sneak preview later on). Somewhere in the mix I'll give him a custom layout and petpage, as well as a character profile for everyone to see! Once he's settled and comfortable, he'll be introduced to the family.

Ozrias would be staying on my side, or as the boys call it, the bachelor pad. These are the two he'd be with most of the time:

The leader of the pack, Maxi.
Maxi was the second pet I created when I first started playing. He was green long ago and far away, but thanks to a generous guild I was in, I painted him gold. He stayed that way up until very recently when I finally got my first Fountain Faerie quest and was able to paint him pirate. His bark is worse than his bite, so don't worry. Even though he looks tough, he's a real softy inside and takes care of the rest of the family. (I've even caught him reading bedtime stories to Rosado! But shhh! It's our secret!)


The grumpy lendee, Fyorest.
When I first met Fyorest, he reminded me of Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. Everything was depressing (but what do you expect from a grey pet I guess). I talked with Fyorest for a few and we came to an agreement: He'd come live with me and have a permanent home, but he had the freedom to visit other Neopians to make sure he wasn't missing out on anything. He agreed saying, "The grass is always greener... I suppose". So now he spends his time giving out avatars and returns home each time saying, "Not as green as I had thought... looked better over here... I suppose". Looks like he hasn't found a better place yet!

Now it's time to introduce my four fabulous females. The poor boys were so over run with us girls, they had to take shelter on a side!

Queen Bee, Angelea.
Angelea was the first pet I created. She started as a red Kougra and after a few years, I painted her spotted. After that, I saved up my neopoints again and just recently painted her desert. I plan to paint her one last time as royal so she can be cross painted with desert clothes. Angelea is best described as calm and reserved. She keeps to herself mostly, but everyone knows she's in charge. She's had the time and experience to keep the family running smooth. She's looked up to by the others and gives guidance where she can.

The baby, Rosado.
Rosado is the youngest of the bunch. She's cute and energetic with a hint of an annoying little sister. She'll trail behind whichever sibling is closest and wants to know what everyone's doing. She's the spoiled little princess of the family,but not one minds because she's just too darn cute! She drags her Ona around where ever she goes and the two of them cause enough mayhem as a band of monkeys! She never means any harm in it, she's just curious about the world and can't wait to be grown up like the rest of them. I've thought about painting her royal so I could customize better, but no matter what, she'll always be a kid at heart.

The dreamer, Zynalia.
I had never created an application before Zynalia. She was my first. You can only imagine how excited I was when I got the news about being chosen as her new owner! She came to me as a basic yellow Poogle and I had big plans in store for her. Thanks to the Faeries Ruin plot, I was finally able to make those plans come true and paint her faerie. She's a day dreamer with a big heart. Although she's quiet, she speaks from her heart and keeps an amazing journal of her adventures flying through the clouds.

The stubborn Gypsy, Akivl.
Akivl is the newest addition to the family, so she's still getting settled. I was really excited to adopt her into the family and have been working on her character profile and getting her customization just right. Her story intertwines with Ozrias, so I plan to finish the fine details a little later on *wink wink*. She's my stubborn gypsy with a heart for adventure and mischief. She needs someone to stay by her side to keep her hotheadedness in check, but that's what makes her friendships so strong and family so important.

Why Ozrias

Honestly, I don't know what makes Ozrias more special than any other spotted Lupe, but he is. I've started several applications for other Lupes and never had the drive or motivation to finish them. They weren't the perfect one. I knew when I saw Ozrias that he was the one I had been waiting for (thus this elaborate application).

I love names that have more than two syllables. Look at the pets I already own and you can see for yourself: Angelea, Rosado, Zynalia... I like names that sound important. The way I see it, the longer it takes to say the name, the better you'll remember it. Like in the movie Ever After, the mother introduced her daughters, Marguerite Francois Louise of the House of Gent... and Jacqueline. I will never forget that line because of the elaborate names.

Now I know that Ozrias isn't quite that long, but it still fits in my 2+ syllables rule and I love the ring to it. Even if I decided to change his personality, he has a great name for many different types of characters. I love versatility!

Story

As of July 24th, I no longer have a laptop. It's deemed as old in the world of electronics and it was time for a new one, but unfortunately I lost my story in the process. I was able to salvage the first chapter from a flash drive, but never backed up the rest of the following chapters.

The first chapter never mentions Ozrias. I created the story to welcome Ozrias and Akivl to the family at the same time, so the story begins with Akivl. I'd love for you to read through and get an idea of my writing style and at the end, I promise to explain the rest of it. :)

Explanation:
Ok... I know you're probably confused right now, but here's the spoiler: Ozrias is the noise Akivl is hearing. He joins the story as a young Lupe pup who has been abandoned. Akivl takes him in and earns respect among the Gypsies by caring for him. EDIT MORE

Ozrias's Closet

If you couldn't tell by all the times I've mentioned loving customization... I REALLY love customization! xD

I started dabbling in customizing and very quickly became addicted. I have over 400 items in my closet and my computer started to lag a bit. I decided having both female and male items on one account was too hard on my out-dated laptop, so I made my side a second main with all my males. Of course I don't have all the pets I want yet, but I will eventually. Until then, I get to fiddle around with customizing programs and dream.

So anyway, after a few hours on Dress to Impress, I finally decided on two favorite outfits:
