PLEASE read the artist's comments below the reference. It has more information. Also, my apologies for any unclearness in the picture(*Kicks ImageShack*). I'll try to upload some details seperately if enough people hurl blunt objects at me.

For his birthday, Rhyshiki got a new design. The image above includes both his 'Quadrupled'(For as far as snakes have four legs..?) and his Anthropomorphic design.(Please don't poke me for my failing at drawing hands. Thank you.)
Rhyshiki likes trying on different outfits, so the clothing he wears tends to vary, and there is not just one set of clothing for his design(That's why he wears the Undies of Epicness in the ref. B) ). AND I know what all you people are thinking. "How can that be a Hissi?! It has legs!" Pu-lease. Everyone and Umbridge draws their Anthro Hisser as a Naga(Person with a snake's tail instead of legs), so I decided to redesign Rhy with legs. Because I can, haha! Aren't I original.
I ALSO know that his 'Quad' design kinda looks like a Quetzal. Thank you for not pointing that out.

If you are one of the people I'm poking for art of Rhyshiki, if you do his Anthro design, you can choose for yourself what kind of clothing he wears(Including the Undies of Epicness).
