Keep an eye out for KC's Planetary Postcards hidden all over Neopets and Nick.com.
GO HERE and click on the stack of postcards located at the bottom right corner to start collecting 'em all and you could win virtual prizes! Click on the postcard to claim your virtual prize.The postcards are not pop-ups nor advertisements, just picture icons like the ones I show here..
Once you click on them, the postcard will disappear and you will be linked to another page. KC's Planetary Postcards search is a sponsor game and often the sponsor games are not available in all countries. And many sponsor games are not available for NeoPremium Users. However, a premium user neomailed me this info...You can still get the postcards by clicking on the red and green arrows that make a circle on your portal page. It will change the look back to like a non premium then click the links on the guide page and then you can get the postcards.
It is not a random event, the postcard should appear and remain until you click on it if it is available to you.
You do not need to collect the Nick Postcards located in the bottom row to get the grand prize! One user, _abssk, suggested that you skip the Nick postcards and get the top two rows first to ensure that you get the grand prize with no problems.
We found the first postcard at top right corner of Neopia Central (without entering any stores).
The virtual prize was Cosmic Cheese Stars 
The second postcard is found at the Turmac Roll game directly above the "Click to Play" button. Its prize was the petpet Cybit 
The third postcard is at Nick.com and you must turn off your pop up blocker to get it. You must follow the links from the Kid Cusine page by clicking on the postcard located in the bottom left corner. I strongly suggest that you go register for an account on the Nick.com page first before trying for the third postcard. The Kid Cusine page provides a link to register for Nick.com and then to retry for the scavenger hunt. I used those links, and found the postcard at NickpageCentral under My Nick! But when I tried to claim it, I was put on a loop to refind the postcard which had disappeared when I clicked on it the first time. *sad* So I did not get the third prize. I hope that by registering at Nick.com first then doing the search, someone will get the prize. The prize is a Lime and Orange Sherbert Package 
UPDATE: One user said that she had to turn her browsers pop-up blocker off to get the third prize! Good luck, I am still unable to get the third postcard to return for me.
More Update I finally got my prize from the third postcard! I had to clear my cookies, turn off pop-up blocker (and ad-blocker), register for another NEW Nick account, login to the NEW Nick account and login to Neopets then followed the buttons to the third postcard which appeared with my NEW Nick account. I waited for the page to fully load before I clicked on the postcard. It took me back to the KC Scavenger Hunt page where I could claim my prize. Thank you to all who offered advice and encouragement.
The fourth postcard is at the Money Tree . The prize is space tots. 
The fifth postcard is at the Evil Fuzzles from Beyond Game . 
The prize is Rocket Corn on the Cob.
Make sure that you turn off your pop up blocker and login Nick before you search for the sixth postcard. Then click on the second postcard on the bottom row to begin finding the sixth postcard. It will give a link that says "Go to Nick.com". This link will take you to the KidCusine page on Nick where a new link will appear. Click on "GO" and it will take you to the postcard at the Movies page of Nick. When you click on the postcard it will take you back to the Neopet KidCusine page to claim your prize. The prize is planet pops.
The seventh postcard can be found at faerie city . The prize is orange grundo rug. 
The eighth postcard is at Cap'n Threelegs' Swashbuckling Academy .
You win Kreludan Fruit Salad. 
Make sure that you turn off your pop up blocker and login Nick before you search for the ninth postcard. Then click on the third postcard on the bottom row to begin finding the ninth postcard. It will give a link that says "Go to Nick.com". This link will take you to the KidCusine page on Nick where a new link will appear. Click on "GO" and it will take you to the postcard on the Nick buzz starpage. When you click on the postcard it will take you back to the Neopet KidCusine page to claim your prize. The prize is Fruit Ice.
The tenth postcard is waiting at Neoquest II . The prize is a Shocket 
The eleventh postcard is on the bottom of the page for theTerror Mountain: Top of the Mountain .  A Kreludan Cookie Book is the prize.
The prize for the eleventh postcard is a Dr. Sloth Hair Comb. 
Make sure that you turn off your pop up blocker and login Nick before you search for the twelfth postcard. Then click on the fourth postcard on the bottom row to begin finding the twelfth postcard. It will give a link that says "Go to Nick.com". This link will take you to the KidCusine page on Nick where a new link will appear. Click on "GO" and it will take you to the postcard at the Nick Podcasts page of Nick Shows. When you click on the postcard it will take you back to the Neopet KidCusine page to claim your prize.
The thirteenth postcard can be found when you take your pet Underwater Fishing .
A Sloth Paddleball Game is a sure catch for your prize.
The fourteenth postcard can be found at the game Kass Basher . The prize is a Sloth Ruler. 
I thought we had one more postcard to find, but we got the message "Congratulations! You have completed KC's Space Scavenger Hunt. Click below to accept your grand prize." But when I clicked on it, an error occurred. Update: Thanks to all who sent neomail about the grand prize being available on Sep 10. The grand prize is a Private Rocketship. 
Make sure that you turn off your pop up blocker and login Nick before you search for the last postcard. Then click on the fifth postcard on the bottom row to begin finding the last postcard. It will give a link that says "Go to Nick.com". This link will take you to the KidCusine page on Nick where a new link will appear. Click on "GO" and it will take you to the postcard on the teenick tv shows page. When you click on the postcard it will take you back to the Neopet KidCusine page to claim your prize. The prize is an Orange Grundo Survival Handbook
