Ok, so this is how I rate your site.

(20/20)First Impression. The reaction that I get when I first see your site. 1/20 would be: ARGGGH MY EYES!!!THEY BURN!!!
20/20 would be: OOOOH THIS IS FANTABULOUS!!!OOOO THAT LOOKS NICE!!! OH THAT LOOKS AMAZING!!!

(20/20)Layout. The layout of your site, how everything looks together and how the colours go together.

(10/10)The Graphic Quality. The quality of the graphics. Remember: Quality not Quantity.

(10/10)Other Stuff. The rate of hits that you get and visitors at one time don't really matter for my reviews. Its more of the amount of extras that you have. I like sites with link back buttons, info on the owner(s), sites that show their affies and sites that do requests.

(10/10)Creativity. Make sure you have a creative site, do you have anything that stands out from other sites?

(10/10)Grammar. Make sure you have all the correct grammar and your sentences make sense.

(20/20)Overall. The last points that you can earn are the points that matter the most; the overall glance back. These points are for the rating that I would give a real life buisness' website, if they were being reviewed. So this would be the setting out of the page, the atmosphere of the site, my liking for it and my honest opinion of the site.

The highest that you can get would be 100/100.
