Upon opening your page, I thought, WHOA, that is a weird color scheme. The banner is very hard to read. Try a different font maybe.

I didn't like that you didn't explain how CSS and HTML are different. And the fact that you have to start and stop. You also put Italics, Bolds, and Underlines all in the same Text Box. You should reconsider and make them in different text boxes. :) Good job though!

Very plain name; it's simple though. and your layout is very cute besides the bold and italic light blue which is too light to read.I suggest putting your updates in a scroll box, such as mine are. There is a gap in your lookup navigation. The font in the Request Format is REALLY BIG and annoying. You should also put your form in a text box. I would also like to suggest catagories rather than alphabetical. Another thing, you should have all your links in the same section. I also think you should get rid of the neopets links, like "Boards, games, explore."
