Contest HQ

WWOW (Wonderful World of Writers), is a complicated guild at first, so I've put together this guild for new and old members alike! You can read straight through or use the page navigation bar to the right. Hope you enjoy WWOW, and all the rewards that come with it. IF you need any help, just neomail #owner!
-----------------------------------------
What is the Daily WWOW
The Daily WWOW lists what is going on each day that week. It is on the layout, and is updated Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Bloopyboody usually posts a message on the board to tell you when something's been updated. The daily wwow tells about Wishing Wednesday, Trick Thursday, and the Friday activity plus reminds you of Weekly and Monthly Competitions!
What is the Weekly Wish?
The weekly is a chance to get free stuff! Currently Bloopyboody runs it. What you do is send Bloopyboody a neomail with the title "Wishing Wednesday" and say "I wish for ______" in the blank put any neopian item you want! You may also wish for poem reviews on fiction press and other related stuff. Remember that this is free and that the person running WW is paying for this stuff out of their own pocket! Keep wishes resonable, like under 10,000np. Some good wishes are: books, plushies, food, or furniture.
What is the Weekly Puzzler?
Everytime the layout changes, a new Weekly Puzzler is posted below the main layout. Read the questions and do what the directions say. You can get poet points just for participating! These are usually quick little things you can do when you have a spare second.
What are Poet Points?
Poet points are things that you earn in the guild. You get poet points when you participate in contests, tricky thursday, funny friday, and when you donate. There are tons of ways to earn poet points each week, just read the layout. On average, you can get 14-20 (more or less) poet points per week. PPs (poet points) are the keys to the guild. They help you climb the ranks of the guild, get rewards, and can even be converted to neopoints! If you wanna buy an item with pp or you wnat to convert pp to np, use the webbie navigation box on the top left of the page!
How do I earn rewards and money?
By earning poet points! Also, being super-active, helpful, and posting a lot can get you items and stuff from bloopyboody.
What are the different ranks?
The ranks go like this:

Hobby Writer (0 poet points)
Trainee Writer (50 poet points)
Published (100 poet points)
Best-Seller (200 poet points)

What does a higher rank get me?
A higher rank in the guild gets you more descision making power, elegebility be on the council, and mainly- respect. It makes you wise and smart guild-wise. Newbies look to high-rank members for advice, so the higher you are, the more active and helpful you are expected to be!
