• 001; Play nicely. Mind your manners. Be courteous. Be polite. Follow rules. It's quite simple actually. If you have a problem with another member, please ask the council for assistance if matters cannot be resolved quickly on your own. Cat fights are to be taken care of privately over neomail. Play nice guys - we trust you all can handle things maturely.

• 002; Mature Content. Calumnia is a community rated PG-13. Not rated R. Please don't post too graphic of material on our board. Violence is accepted and light curse words if you can get them past TNT. One thing we don't want to see is the graphic description of how kits are made/born, leave that to your own thoughts. xP

• 003; Powerplaying and god-modeling. Alright, this one is simple. If you're literate, you know what it is. So just don't do it kids. If you do, the almighty Rainy will eat chu. ;D

• 004; Literacy. We are a Literate to Advanced guild, so during roleplay we have post requirements. We require correct spelling and punctuation; mistakes are of course not looked down upon as we are all only human. All posts should be no less than a one solid paragraph, and do feel free to write a lot more than that. We admire your creativity here and hope you will strive to succeed and improve in all areas of your writing. Literate to Advanced does not mean we require 5 paragraph posts, it just simply means we're looking for quality.

• 005; Graphics. Everyone isn't skilled when it come to making graphics, we understand that. But everyone isn't useless when it comes to making/finding a simple petpage CSS. Your characters must be made on a petpage. However you may choose to put all of your characters on one page, the choice is yours. If you do choose to put all your characters on one page, try your hardest to make it neat. Put in page anchors if you can. If not, then just make it organized or ask another member for help.

♛ Royalty:
*Ranks generally chosen based on royal blood.

•King & Queen; These two felines are the two highest ranking cats. They govern over all of AspenClan. The clan must abide by their laws or face severe punishment.

•Prince/Princess; The kin of the King and Queen and therefore royalty, as opposed to just simply nobility. Cats of the clan must respect them. &If they are of correct age, they may help govern the clan in the absence of the King or Queen.

•Knights; Generally excessively large and morbid cats. They guard the royalty & enforce the harsh laws upon the peasants. They also mentor apprentices who are becoming knights.

•Aristocrats; These cats make up the majority of the royalty. Some of Royal blood, some not. They are fed with the rest of the royalty and treated nicely. They train young apprentices eloquence, diplomacy, courting, etc.

•Medicine Cat; Skilled when it comes to healing wounded or sick cats. They have a very good knowledge of herbs and other remedies. Treated with respect & they have the best connection to StarClan.

✖ Lower Class/Peasants:
*All ranks are chosen at birth by the consent of the royalty

•Soldiers; Larger cats who are trained to fight but in their free time they must also has to hunt for the royals before themselves. They mentor apprentices who are becoming fighters.

•Hunter Trained to hunt and provide for royals before themselves. They mentor apprentices who are becoming hunters.

•Mothers; The female cats who are nursing kits.

•Apprentices; Young kits learning the ways of the clan. Either training to be a hunter, fighter, knight, medicine cat, or aristocrat.

•Kits; Young kittens who are not yet ready to be apprenticed.

•Elders; Old cats who have done their fair share in the clan.

•Servant; Cats who have broken a law or laws. Treated the worst out of all the cats excluding prisoners of war. Enslaved by the royals.

•Prisoner of War; Once the Refugees escape, if one gets caught by AspenClan they are considered a prisoner of war. These cats are not fed properly or given much water. They are forced to hunt under strong supervision. All the prey they catch must be given to the royals. Tormented on a daily basis.

•Captain; This is the lead cat of the refugees. He/She rules over all of the other felines but he is neither cruel nor ruthless. He is understanding and fair.

•Ambassador; Second in command. This cat will step in when the Captain is unable to rule.

•Medicine Cat; This cat has a unique knowledge of herbs and remedies to cure sick or injured cats.

•Warriors; The majority of the group. They hunt and fight for the clan. These cats also mentor apprentices.

•Apprentices; Cats in training that are taught the ways of the warrior.

•Queens; Mother cats nursing kittens.

•Kits; Kittens being nursed by mothers.

•Elders; Elderly cats of the group.

What is the difference between a Servant and a Prisoner of War?
A servant is a cat who is part of AspenClan and has broken a law /before/ the whole refugee thing happens. A prisoner of war is captured once the refugees set out on their journey to escape AspenClan. Prisoners of war are treated much worse than a servant because they have broken the number one law which is leaving the clan.

What happens when the refugee cats leave?
Most of the Lower Class is going to be erased once the refugees leave because they are the cats who are becoming the refugees. HOWEVER, some cats in the lower class might choose to stay while the rest leave because they fear that they will fall behind or lose their life on the journey.
