Preview and APPLICATIONAs of October 4th, 2011, Xant! is a private guild. Our stats are listed below. You can preview pages by going to our portal. We're looking for friendly, genuine people who aren't going to cause any problems. 1.Follow ALL of TNT's rules & regulations. 2. No one worders. Please don't post a message saying just "hey" or "hello." Keep your messages at a minimum of 3 words, please. 3. Don't post more than 3 messages in a row. We do understand that computers occasionally spazz out, but please try & follow this rule. 4. Respect other members and NO drama please! Here at Xant! we do NOT allow anyone to come into our home & start arguments, drama, or negativity on the guild boards. If this rule is violated, you could potentially be deleted. If you have any problems with someone in the guild, please neomail Jessica, Ariel, or anyone else on council. We want to maintain a pleasant, positive atmosphere at Xant! 5. Be semi-literate. We allow smileys & phrases like LOL, GTG, & TTYL. However, pl3@se d0n+ t@1k like this. Abbreviating is okay for long words, but please refrain from using u instead of you & r instead of are. The secret word for the application is raspberry. If we see that you're consistently not following this rule, you'll receive a warning. 6. Remain as active as possible. What's the point of a guild if the members aren't active? Xant! understands that life exists off this site, but we want you to be as active as possible. This means participating in activities/events in addition to posting on the boards. We want you to take full advantage of what we have to offer! 7. HAVE FUN!!!! Ranks Trainee- This is the rank you begin with. Boring Bruce- After 50 posts. Now you can participate in 1 NP auctions! Alright Aisha- After 150 posts. Now you can participate in PB auctions too! Fun Flotsam- After 250 posts. Incredible Ixi- After 350 posts. This is the highest rank Achieving a higher rank is easier than you think! Be active on the boards, & you'll be flying high in no time! Member Sweeps Xant! highly encourages member sweeps! Why, you ask? - They keep inactivity to a minimum by providing a consequence. - They provide MORE ROOM for new members who are active and actually WANT to partake in what XANT! has to offer! - They keep the guild new & fresh & help not to provide a false representation when it comes to the amount of members. What a Member sweep DOES NOT mean: Just because you arent on for a week and don't post for a week, means you will be member swept. If you aren't on constantly, you will be member swept. (XANT! understands better than ANY guild that you have a social life off-site, so we do not require you to participate everyday, all day. All we ask if you participate when you can, and say hello every couple of days!) How can I be member swept? If you do not post in the guild for weeks upon, or never in fact. If you NEVER participate in activities, and never post. If you joined just to join, which eventually becomes obvious over time, you will be member swept. When do member sweeps take place? Member sweeps usually happen at the end of each month. An announcement will be made a few days prior. Still not sure how member sweeps work?
