By day Mystery Island. is a busy tourist filled place. The sun and surf occupy many of people. Not to mention the beauty and magnificence of the plant and wild life.
On top of that the locals readily greet any newcomers with a friendly Aloha.

Yes a day on Mystery Island is quite a wonderful thing. With the Tiki-tours, Tombola, fortune teller, and the many friendly natives.
But at night . . . The beauty magically doubles. Romantic dining under the stars, the quiet beach and luring sound of the waves lapping against the shores. But what's beauty without any fun to go along with it? There as festivities for the old and young. Luaus and entertainment galore.

One entertainment being the fire dancer.
Twirling his trusting stick that's set ablaze. Throwing them in the air and catching them knowing that one slip could cause a world of pain. Surely these kinds of people are risk takers. But this only adds to the joy of their dangerous act. Both for the audience and the performer.

Qwelx is a very simple lupe. He considers highly of anyone able to have the patience for him. and is willing to help anyone in need.
He's very optimistic and loves the beauty of things. He enjoys roaming around looking at sights, this however often gets him lost. Also for looking as gracefull as he is, he is very clumsy truthfully. Only when preforming his act does he become gracefull and flawless.

This little island fox is also known for being a friend to just about anyone. Because of his memory loss problems, he is never to sure how has met and who he hasn't. So he treats everyone like a friend. And though he may not be the brightest of guys out there. He is loyal and trustworthy . . . If he remembers you.

Qwelx was born is a small part of Mystery Island, he was the only pup out of a litter of five to live. Why the others died was unknown to his parents and any doctor.
Qwelx's parents, Kali and Mort where very young, the feel in love at a very tender age and was not expecting puppies any time soon. So despite losing four beautiful puppies, they were quite relieved. Though they would have been Much happier with all of them dead. However they refused to let anyone else take him, nor give him up. After all he was their's after all, and they weren't going to share. No matter how much they didn't want the puppy.

Now Qwelx loved his parents with all his heart, he believed they were the best! To him they were super heroes that made everything right. He could never image that they'd wrong him all; even to the point that he noticed how they actually did...All the time. Kali and Mort where to busy wanting to live their own lives, they had no time to take care of another's. So many of times Qwelx was left along at a tender age, or not fed whenever he was hungry. He had to learn to get his own meals if wanted to survive. They even used him for money, teaching him how to make nicknacks to sell tourists.... But even if he wanted to hate his father and mother; he wouldn't remember too. Along with all kinds of hurtful things they did to their pup, Kali and Mort had a bad habit of dropping their child.... Several times. This caused brain damage, which eventually lead to a miner case of short term memory loss. And because his parents did not wish to spend money on him, he never received the proper care for it.

After awhile, his parents never showed up from their daily outings, Qwelx was still young, not really puppy and not really a young adult. Every time he would finally realize his parents where gone for good, he'd forget. So constantly for years he'd wait earnestly for them to return. And he still is.

Kiska is Qwelx's beloved Juma , he found her a little after his parents left.
She was very frail and sickly, possibly on the verge of death when she came to his care. It took months for her to get better, though when she finally became strong enough she spoke her word...'kiska' it was how she got her name. For even now it's the only thing she'll say, making it easy for Qwelx to remember.

Kiska follows her owner everywhere and will not leave his side. She enjoys playing in the beach and forcing others to pet her while her master is working for she cannot stand fire at all.

Kyojin is name of the lupess who managed stole steal Qwelx's heart. The met along side the beach during a sunset. It didn't take long for Kyo to soon realize Qwelx's memory problems and soon pity him for, she then insisted on her staying with him to help care for him after finding out Qwelx lived alone. After a long period of her living there, Qwelx soon noticed how he was remembering so many things. He soon discovered that most of the things he remembered revolved around his house mate. With her as company he soon found himself feeling safe and loved, and his feelings for her grew each time he thought back and blissfully remembered everything they did together.
