Welcome to the brand new branch of the Mutant Militia known as Mutant Items! Admittedly it's not the most original name, but it's certainly descriptive of what we do here. You see, a directory of all things mutant in Neopia is obviously important and the Mutant Militia has long had such a directory under the original branch known as the Mutant Media. But the Mutant Media was so huge and image intensive that it really needed to be broken down and by its very definition it was made more to deal with graphics, lookups, etc. rather than to operate as a list of all mutant items.

Thus this page - Mutant Items - was born! All mutant items will be listed below in their various categories and hopefully you'll find this page just as useful as all of the other branches of the Mutant Militia! ;)

About Mutant Items!

Below you'll find a directory of all the Mutant items that exist in Neopia! The directory is broken down into such categories as Mutant Books, Mutant Furniture, Trans. Potions, etc.

You can find the names of any of the items listed below by scrolling over the image! But that functionality only works in the Internet Explorer browser so if you need the names of these items just open the page in IE or you can right click on the image and click on properties in FF and then the name should be visible!

If you find an item in Neopia that is mutanty in nature but isn't listed on this item directory please contact me at banet_eh_rih so that I can get it added immediately! ;)

Also the Mutant Militia now has a gallery to show off these items (another place to find the names of these items if you don't have IE). It's almost complete, but there are still a few (sadly very expensive) items remaining! Be sure to check it out here to see what Mutant Items we've collected so far!

And finally, because people are always wondering what is a good price of a TP, we began collecting data in Summer of 2008 of the prices of all of the TP's, the Mutant PPPB and Mutox Syrup as they were observed on a specific date. Thus, we have collected this data to give users an idea of what the prices for items have been and to illustrate general trends in prices. We hope that this will help users identify when an item is inflated (see Gnorbu TP when they were asking for 550k!) , when an item is actually decreasing in price (see Koi TP), or when an item is legitimately increasing in price (see Mutant PPPB, Draik and Krawk TP's). But bear in mind, this data is not conclusive and is merely a snap shot of TP prices as they appeared on a single day. This is meant to be a tool to help mutant fans understand what sorts of prices they should expect to pay, but this is only a single tool. Remember to always check the TP, auctions and shop wizard before buying an item so that you'll have the most current date available!

Mutant Bruce Avatar - Visit the lookup of a 400+ days old Mutant Bruce. For example, you can visit Sezirue. Mutant Draik Avatar - Visit a Mutant Draik's lookup. You can find tons of Mutant Draiks at the Mutant Militia Directory! Mutant Faellie: It's Alive! Avatar - Visit the lookup of a pet with a 14+ days old Faellie (any colour) as petpet. For example, you can visit Gryphonsinger. Mutant Graveyard of Doom I - Keep refreshing at the Game Graveyard. Getting this avatar is random. The random event will appear at the top of the page. DISCLAIMER: The information below is purely data I have gathered based on what prices TPs were listed at on the listed day that I collected the data. This is merely intended to be a guide to give you an idea of what is a reasonable price for a TP based on what TPs have cost in the past. In no way should you rely solely on the data below in making a decision whether to purchase a TP at a given price. You should always check the Trading Post, the Shop Wizard and the Auctions before you make a decision as to the price of any unbuyable item.
