Walking by, you helplessly watch a miserable scene: a very small aisha fluttering about as fast as her little wings will flap bobbing up and down in the air, struggling to stay at a constant altitude. A gust of wind blows her off target and she's swept into a tree. SMACK! She stumbles from some bushes, pulling leaves out of her fur. Her tiny paw reaches up and massages her aching head. I am SO glad nobody--" she notices you staring stunned at what you've just witnessed and the rest of her sentence dribbles out in silence. "...Oh! Uhm," she stutters, "H- hello there! I'm sorry you had to witness that." As she gets closer, you see how tiny she really is. You could easily scoop her up in your two hands, cradling her like a small bird. She continues, "You see, I'm very small." You nod, and she gives you a glance out of the corner of her eye. "Well, sometimes the wind is just too much for me. Things like this happen to me all the time. Every aisha I've ever met is bigger'n me aside from my brother, Say. That's okay though. Minor setbacks, I say! You can't fail, unless you try after all. Wait. I don't think that's how it goes at all. You'll have to talk to Say if you want to know the intellectual side of everything. He's been trying to find out why we're so small for so long." She pauses to think of this a moment, as if she's never wondered about her stature in her life. "It's all the same to me, I guess. I mean, you are what you are and if that's what you are you gotta be it. See me, I'm tiny." She holds her hands up in the air and wiggles her fingers as if she's trying to make ghosts made out of old sheets sounds spooky and continues, "But it's no thing big. It's just a thing. I just try to have all the fun in the world because it doesn't matter where I came from the thing is I'm here now and that's enough reason for me to celebrate." She grins a grin bigger than she and you can't help but smile. If you wanna stick around," she glances at you to see your reaction and quickly recovers, "Oh, excuse me! Where are my manners? My name is Qazzie." She flutters up to eye level and extends a small paw, which you return with a finger. She grabs it affectionately and shakes it. "Maybe some other day you can come over and I'll show you around. For now, there's kind of a lot going on. Please, do come back though!" She waves and flutters off into a nearby Neohome.
