Welcome to the Happy Zappers' homepage! We adopt well-named pets from the pound and zap them until they are turned into somebody's dream pet. Then, one of us gives that person the pet. This isn't a scam. We don't request anything in return. We currently have over 100 lab rays associated with the agency, so we greatly improve your chances of getting your beloved dream pet. Our list of current requests can be found here. Keep in mind that the list will not be updated for a few days after the each board.How to Make a Request
Before you make a request, please make sure it follows the rules: You can only make one request per person.Your request has to be SPECIFIC, i.e. Maraquan Chomby or Basic Cybunny.
Your request cannot be a draik, krawk, lutari, or ice bori, as all are rare or impossible to zap or transfer. Also, since the following colors can't be zapped from the lab ray, you may not request plushies, pirates, royals, babies, usukis, or quigukis.
To make a request, you have two choices:
1. Make your request on one of our request boards, put up a few times a week, in the Help Boards and Neopian Pound boards. The boards are always titled "Request Your Dream Pet Today!". You can make your rule following request there. If you make a board request, you must post zappy happy before your request, so we know you've read the rules. For example:

2. If you can't make it to a request board, you can neomail your request to happy_zapper. All of the aforementioned rules still apply, except here, you have to put "zappy happy" as your subject, so we know you've read the rules. I may not respond to your neomailed request, so wait a few days, and if your request hasn't been added to the list, send a neomail to tinselteeth_kinda. I will ignore your request if it doesn't have zappy happy in the subject, or if it is initially sent to any account other than happy_zapper.
How to Become a Zapper
We always welcome new zappers, and look forward to continually increasing our ranks with new and eager zappers. To ensure that all of our zappers are committed, we do require a short application- nothing fancy, we just want to make sure you're not applying just to get your name bumped to the top of a request list.There's a great guide on how to apply on this page. I assure you, zappers are very rarely rejected- and I do my best to never be rude if your app isn't the best.
The requirements to become a zapper are simple: at least one lab ray, an ability to join a guild on one of your accounts, and a desire to have fun chatting with like-minded people while helping others get their dream pets. Simple, huh?
