My rules
Before you continue I would like you to read a few rules. When you continue, you automatically agree to these rules.
You have to leave all the credits on the layout at all times.
I pick the request(s) I'm going to take, I do not work on a first-come, first-served base. (?) I choose the request based on how long I think you're going to use the layout and how much you need it. Don't try to convince me to take your request, it won't work.
If you decide to use my coding for a future layout, please leave proper credit. You are not allowed to take someone else's coding. If I make someone a layout, it's for that person only. Taking their coding is plain rude.
I do not take layout requests for webbies, applications, premade/request layout sites, portfolio's and about me's. Also, when you request a layout, your site must be open for at least a month and you must have some content available.
I only work with Neopets-related images.
If you decide not to use the layout I made you or you only use it for a very short time (less than a week or two) I might put it up as a premade.
If you don't understand something regarding my rules or form, mail me! Don't be afraid this will cost you your request. Just try to fill out the form and state what you didn't get. But please make sure you've read all the rules and the form explanation.

What do I offer?
A fully coded, graphic-based petpage layout that works in all major browsers.
Content reorganization (optional).
A button to match your layout.

I will notify you whether I take your request or not. I will also neomail you when I've finished your request. (I do use copy-and-paste messages sometimes to save me some time, please don't feel insulted by this).
I will try to finish your layout within a week.
I will make changes to your layout if you don't like it or something like that. Don't be afraid to ask!

Form explanation
Title/Subtitle
The title will of course be the main title I put on the layout. The subtitle is optional.
Layout type
Anchored: This is an example of an anchored layout. It's a layout with mutiple pages and navigation to skip between these pages. If you want an anchored layout, you have to tell me what pages you want. For example, most requests sites want pages like rules, request, pick up and sitely.
Continuous: This is a layout like the one I use for
this page. The boxes are continuous and don't have scrollbars.
Scrolling box: The main box is a scrolling box, the layout isn't continuous.
Amount of Textboxes
Every layout has one main textbox, but I could always add extra boxes. You might want a box for your updates or link back buttons for example. This is also optional.
Image/Theme
You can choose an image or a theme for me to work with. Please note that not everything works. It that's the case, I will inform you. You can find images

here. Also, please be specific with what you want. Vague themes are the worst to work with. Examples of good themes are: Fyora, Petpets, Blue etc. Bad themes are: Fun, Dark.
Anything Else?
If you want me to add something else to your layout, you can alway ask :)
