When i first look at your sight it looks very neat. However, I did notice that the shade of blue in your banner, doesn't match very well with the rest of the blues on the page.

I think your layout is absolutely ah-dorable! It's super cute! But I noticed that it looked sort of strange because the textboxes(ex: under Rules) are extending a little too far and are stretching your page section past the dividers.. You could try re-sizing the textboxes in your coding.

When I first looked at your site, I thought to myself.. "where are my sunglasses?" I'm sorry, but in my opinion there are just too many stripes and dots.. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Polka Dots.. but dots with stripes is just going overboard.
