Since the PMC has over 12,000 members, if everyone was allowed to chat, we would have 12,000 members talking at once and our wonderful board monitors and council members would not be able to correct and reinforce the rules.

The neopet came out of the shadow and said "I'm your old friend that is now your enemy."Cylara said "X is that you?." He said "Yes it is me X and I come to rescue the faeries." Right away X threw a potion at Cylara, she froze instantly. He un-plugged the faeries and took them to safety. The faeries said "Is Cylara ever going to un-freeze." "No" he said. Mozisek's shop tips for 11/27/08
1) I asked some users this question: If a user had a really annoying background and their price was the lowest, would you still buy from them? Most users said no. This means that you should not have a super long or fast flashing background.
2) Promote your shop on the shop boards. This will ensure that people see your shop. You can also put the link in your siggy.
3) Save up all of your neopoints during the week and do your shopping on a weekend. This will make it so you have all of the neopoints you want for that special item.

SHOPPING FOR THE BEST STOCKS TO BUY

Most players who invest in the Neopian Stock Market tend to buy what are known as "Bargain Stocks."
These can be any stocks that are selling at the current (under the "Curr" column) price between 15 and 19 neopoints a share. You cannot buy stocks that are below 15 neopoints a share. While it's generally best to buy stocks at the lowest price, all bargain stocks are not created equal.
Some stocks that you purchase for 15 neopoints a share will perform better than others in the long run. For instance, you might see AAVL, FISH and PEOP selling for 15 neopoints a share, and although it's ok to buy 1,000 shares of the AAVL stock, that particular stock is known as a "sleeper," meaning that it takes a long time for it to climb to a higher price and it usually doesn't climb as high as other stocks. On the other hand, FISH and PEOP stocks are better performers in that they usually climb more quickly and reach a peak that is very profitable for investors -- sometimes even as much as five or six times, or even higher, than the original 15,000 neopoints that were invested. For this reason, it makes more sense to buy as many of the FISH and PEOP stocks as you can, and to only purchase AAVL stocks on those days when there are no other bargain stocks available.

It has been brought to my attention that some people aren't quite clear on pet trading.
So, in this little article let me put some pet trading tips, that is, if you're looking to trade.
*Always make sure the other person is willing to trade before sending your pet!
*Use the pound at your own risk! The pound is a fair game therefore if you lose the pet, it's your own fault.
*Yes, pet trading IS allowed!
*Trading pets for items (including using a petpet to make the pet 'worth more') is a big 'no no'.

Pet Day Report
Well this week we have two great pets up for show and tell so to speak. First on the 27th is Usul Day. They are in 13th place in the popularity rating with 6,926,672 of them out there in neopia. These cute little pets can now be painted Pirate and Disco in celebration of their day, so hurry and go to the Rainbow Pool and paint them.
Aw don't they look so cute!! Also for all you trainers out there you get to go to Cap'n Threelegs' Swashbuckling Academy for free. All day there is no limit. Mind you this is only for your Usul on the 27th only. Also if you collect Usul everything then you will love the new items they have out for these guys. Go to the Food Shop and you could buy these two tasty treats:

The second pet day this week......XWEETOK DAY!!!!! *the best pet day ever.* This day is the 29th and like Usul you get to train your Xweetoks for free at Cap'n Threelegs' Swashbuckling Academy all day long. With a popularity of 6 and having 10,317,379 made these guys are like wow on the cute and coolness. There are also some new colors for these cuties one being orange and the other is robot.
