This is elisio's make an avatar page. I'll put up a theme and you'll have to make an avatar on that theme and sumbit it. I need at least 6 avatars to strat off the competition.
After the competition has started, votes can be submitted and the top three avatars will be kept on the page and the creators will recieve and avatar.
