So you've stumbled upon Sequester's website, huh? I supposed you'd like to know a bit about us, then? Well, to start off we're a fully literate neorelated guild that was created on the third of January, two thousand nine. We strive for a certain quality in our members; we expect activity, no doubt, but we also expect our members to fit the requirements of the guild. That which you'll eventually read onto, I presume - it's a bit further into the website. I know we're considerably new, and I know that might scare you off a bit, but I assure you we aren't going anywhere anytime soon. We have plenty of dedicated people working with us around the clock to get things done and to keep them in tip-top shape. However, if you believe you have the talent and skill to be an ownie as well, please feel free to fill out our Ownie Application! (Located, again, further into the website).

Hey! So we've been open for a grand total of four days now, and we've made considerable progress. However, I'd like to take this time to tell you all that we need to get things moving along a bit faster! If you're working on a page, do your best to complete it to the best of your ability and send it in!

Want to be an ownie? Fill out this form, and send it to Mushie (rebeliion)! Remember, ownies don't get council; that's open until I think someone really deserves it. Ownies have admin powers and help out around the guild and have a better chance of getting on council. :3

Disclaimer; Everything's a big hectic in the guild right now, so off the bat, almost no one will get ownie. Eventually, as you start to prove yourself (with making a page that gets accepted, or just following all the rules and helping out in ways that you can), you'll be given admin powers. There's just too many people right now to hand it out to everyone who originally joined.

Rules

o1 Respect Sequester's council and the members alike. Don't cause drama on the guild boards; if you have a problem with someone neomail them and try to sort it out in an adult manner. If that fails, neomail a council member to help.
o2 Literate means literate. Capitalize the first letter of your sentence and end it with some form of punctuation. Also, one punctuation mark will suffice; no need in posting five question marks to emphasize your question is important.
o3 No chatspeak of any kind, that includes the ever so popular 'lol', 'omg'. Definitely no substituting numbers for letters, or switching letters that sound the same (i.e., lyke). Smilies are allowed, though.
o4 Try to keep your posts at or longer than one well-formed sentence, one that has a subject and a verb.
o4 Don't spam the guild boards; posting twice back to back is alright, but posting three or more times in a row is unacceptable unless a valid excuse is given. Otherwise it will be counted as spam and deleted.
o5 Don't disobey the original Neopets rules; that includes posting inappropriate messages, off site links, etc.

Consequences

With every set of rules, there's a set of consequences, right? We only have them to keep the boards safe and friendly for everyone, and we expect that you understand that.

o1 If it's your first time, you'll get a warning (Through neomail, the boards, etc) from a council member.
o2 You'll receive a second warning; a bit more firm and less polite, since you've been warned about something before.
o3 No more warnings; you'll be suspended from the guild for as many days as we see fit.
o4 If you continue to break rules after being suspended, then we'll be forced to ban you. Please, don't let it get this far, or to any of the consequences!
