Making it look nice
Now, you have to find your Paint Program. Click 'Start', then 'Programs', 'Acessories', and then 'Paint'.
When your program has opened up, and then you have to click either 'Edit', 'Paste', or press Ctrl†C. This pastes the entire image of your screen shot into Paint.
Now what you have to do is take away all the stuff that you don't need everyone to see. So you select the following options on your sidebar.
All you have to do is click and drag, so that the white shows up around your image. Take out anything you don't need people to see. This way, when you save and upload, the image will be smaller, and will be easier to get up on photobucket.
Here's the image that I'll be using as an example. I took a screenshot of it, and then cleared away most of what I don't need to see.
Now that you have your image close to perfect... it'll probably be somewhere in the middle of your paint application. So you select the tool below, and click and drag it around your image as shown. The click, and drag the image as far as you can to the top left corner.
Once you have done this, you need to go al the way to the bottom right corner, find the little colored square, click and drag it so that it frames to other two sides of your image.
Can I use the names?
You can but I would not recommend it. If you're insulting someone... or something they said, please take their names out of it. Some people like to harass people for something they said... and this is against the neopet rules. But on the otherhand, if someone has commented you on something you've done, then you can leave it there. Unless of course they ask you to remove it!
Placing it.
Now you go and sit in the corner, and wait for it to find it's way to your page. Lol, just kidding... all you have to do now is upload it onto your image host (photobucket.com), if you don't already have an account, then feel free to use the mini tutorial on setting up an account on my Ixi's petpage (click photobucket tutorial in the table of contents).
Now that you have your account, follow the instructions on uploading. Click 'Browse', find you image, click 'Open', and then 'Submit'.
Once it's uploaded, then you can place it into the code below.
Just replace the 'URL.jpeg' with your URL, and then you can go paste it into your petpage!
Do's and Don'ts
This part is crucial if you want good feedback from people. You need to make your page look snazzy, and neat to attract people!

Don'ts
DO NOT just take the pencil tool, and write on your screenie... use the 'A' which is the text tool to type in your info.
DO NOT take some random color to scribble out a name, or something. Zoom in, and use the eyedropper tool to select the color of the background, then color over it using the same color.

DO make sure your screenie looks like this before you go post it on your page. People like myself don't even bother rating screenies that are scribbled on and are a complete disaster. So make it friendly to our eyes, and we will bump that rating right up.
