3. Get Creative. Surprise him with a picture message to get your point across (like of your high score on Wii if you have an ongoing competition).
It will let him know your thinking of him & will stand out more than words alone!

You text: Nothing, cutie. You?
This creates open flirtiness & isn't too forward.

...You want to hang out:
You text: Movie 2nite? There'll be a jumbo popcorn with ur name on it!
This takes some pressure off your guy to ask you out. Plus, the message sounds casual as if your good friends with the potential to be more.

...Your at a party:
You text: Hey, u here? Come find me.
This message seems very flirty. It will make your guy wonder what you have in mind & he will definatley want to find you in a crowded room.

Killer #1: Your surrounded by an entourage.

Why its a mistake: Guys will rarely approach you in a group, even if they know you.
It's way too intimidating to flirt with you while all your friends are watching!

Quick fix: Break free from your girls: Grab one friend and stake out a different area of the party.
When your away from the pack, he'll most likely come over.

Killer #2: You always hang out at the same place.

Why its a mistake: You'll never meet anyone new if you spend your whole summer partying in the same friend's basement,
hanging out at your usual diner, or going to the same movie theater.

Quick fix: Go somewhere you've never been before, like a coffee shop in a nearby town or a hangout for a neighboring school.

Killer #3: You never turn down an invite.

Why its a mistake: Guys like girls who have an air of mystery. In the summer, when there are no school nights, its easy to be
around the guys you like all the time. It's twisted, but if your always available, he'll lose interest.

Quick fix: The key is to sprinkle your social calendar with stuff outside your usual crew- or just take the night off to hang out
with your sis or bond with Mom. While your doing your onw thing, he'll be thinking, I wonder where she is tonight? (It's good to be missed a little!)
