Formerly known as CSS is Poetry (CiP), Nip/Design is a reformed guild involving every aspect of design. If you are interested in joining, please send a neomail to one of the council members with these questions:

The guild's philosophy is to help those improve in all aspects of coding and design.Rules
- Be respectful to all users at all times.
- Do not spam the message boards or other users.
- Do not steal work of any type from another person.
- Follow all rules set down by Neopets.
Star System
Ranks
New Member: All new members to the guild are automatically placed in this rank.Patient: At least 10 posts on the guild board.
Scrub: At least 100 posts on the guild board + 1 blue star.
Nurse: At least 1000 posts on the guild board + 3 blue stars.
Surgeon: Must have a nurse rank and fill out an application.

Activities
Lookup Exchange
This activity involves participants making lookups for each other. For each Lookup Exchange we choose a different theme, then those that want to participate sign up. Once that step is finished, each person is secretly designated another person at random. We give you certain requirements and a time frame for making the lookup. When the deadline is up, we exchange lookups and leave them up for a week for everyone to enjoy =)User Lookup Spotlight
Its just like the Neopets ULS except mini and we set the theme. Anyone who wants to participate creates a lookup based on the theme and when the deadline arrives we make a poll and vote for the best one.Petpage Spotlight
