This guide is SUPER advanced. It is aimed at people with over 100 million neopoints or more. I assume also, that you have an already superior knowledge of the battledome and the way it works. There is content here that will be useful to everybody. But for very basic setups and newbie stuff you're in the wrong place. This guide will likely fly straight over your head. Now, for those who are still reading I will start at the place where all good stories start.

The Beginning.

N00binating is the name that has been given to low hp fighting on neopets. To do this you need to have a sound knowledge of the mechanics of the battledome. This guide's purpose is to teach you all the tricks myself and gta2k3 have cooked up over the years that enable us to fight with less than 10 hp against 1000hp or more pets. The very first thing I will explain is how noobinating started and how it's evolved as more weapons became available.

When neopets was young, the battledome was a different place. Using hypno helmet, the very basic freeze weapon was the prime way to fight. Hypno helmet + hypno helmet (h4k these days) + fiery gaze would freeze the opponent solid for 3 turns while you damaged them with your weapons. The prime setup at this point was 7 x hypno helmets and one attacking weapon. Eventually TNT changed this and demoted fiery gazes freeze rate. Once everyone realised that freezing was limited to one per pet, they looked for other ways to win. The next popular way of fighting was using healing weapons such as rod of supernova. Or equipping large quantities of healers such as blue scorchstones. This is when TNT changed the battledome to allow only one healer. Rod of supernova escaped this. Eventually we saw the release of rod of dark nova and everlasting crystal apple which changed things forever. People could now use the reasonably priced everlasting crystal apple instead of a very expensive rod of super/dark nova to heal 30hp per turn. This is where the trend really took off. People would make 3hp pets and use the almost invulnerability of a 30hp heal (at low boosts) to beat newbies in quick fight. Eventually as quickfight became more populated, n00binators came across each other more frequently. This posed a problem because with two pets each healing 30 per turn could fight forever. People began to search for weapons that would beat an opponents' apple yet allow them to use theirs at the same time. The first popular one was Tornado ring this eventually would steal the opponents ECA and leave them with no weapons. The second was Ice mote. This weapon could at first be equipped with another freezer and would break stalemate eventually. Most n00binators would take several of these and try to hit with fiery gaze so they could get a clean hit in. Eventually this saw a downgrade, you can no longer equip ice mote with another freezer. The next popular strategy was the faerie acorn slingshot. This would do a lot of icons when it hit and overpower your opponent's eca. Not much has changed since then this is how a basic n00binator should look.

Basic setup
LV: 10
HP: 3
Species: Pteri, Grundo (When you create it choose mynci as they start with the lowest hp. Petri is best because it has 40% air resistance, Grundo has 30% resistance to dark)
Strength: 13
Defence: Uses eca every turn. Defence is not needed as the second weapon must attack.
Abilities: Burrow and Fiery gaze (Also note if you use the lab ray you can obtain sink and ddust and then reduce your level. This is advisable)

Setup:
1. Plastic butter knife (The first slot is the item you expect your opponent to steal)
2. H4000 Helmet (or better 100% freeze)
3. Jhudoras potion
4. G-bomb
5. Faerie acorn slingshot/Tornado ring (This is the eca breaking slot)
6. Everlasting crystal apple

Ok so we could use 8 weapons here but I want to prove a point. At this boost you will not really be fighting much that can overcome everlasting crystal apples heal so it gives you a 33% chance of a strong hit, which will likely break past their healing. Also you need to factor in fiery gaze this has roughly 12% chance of freezing your opponent and diamond dust has 17%. This set can be obtained today as the items are mainly still available. So by using a similar turn pattern to this you can beat almost anything at 8 or 13 boosts.

1. ECA + H4K + BURROW (A lot of people use cursed elixir + honey potion first turn)
2. Both pets are frozen.
3. ECA + FSS + FIERY GAZE/DDUST (This has a large chance of winning you the battle while maintaining defence)

After this you would repeat the last move as often as possible and when you get low power switch to FSS + ECA + DEFEND or SPECIES ATTACK. If your scored a freeze at any point. JPOT + G- BOMB + FIERCE is large hit so you can one shot them and make the most of your second freeze. This strategy has its flaws - the opponent's fiery gaze can beat you and the pea family and ghostkersword when combined with fierce attack may break through. So lets move on to a more advanced version.

Advanced setup
HP: 10 - 20
Species: Jubjub (This provides 30% air and 20% physical protection; the 20% weakness to fire is covered by rodn)
Strength: 20
Defence: Uses full defence every turn. Defence is not needed as the second weapon must attack.
Abilities: Burrow, Sink, Diamond dust and Fiery gaze

1. Thick smoke bomb (not really needed except against very very strong weapons)
2. Sleep ray
3. Ghostkerbomb
4. Thyoras tear (not really needed except against very very strong weapons)
5. Rainbow scorchstone
6. Jhudoras potion
7. Faerie acorn slingshot
8. Rodn of dark nova/Rod of supernova

First notice the hp has risen. This gives added protection while you penetrate the opponent's eca. Rod of dark nova does not count as a healing item so a scorchstone may be equipped. Let's look at an average turn pattern.

1. RODN + SRAY + BURROW
2. Both pets are frozen
3. TTEAR + FSS + FIERY GAZE/DDUST (weak)
4. TSB + FSS + FIERY GAZE/DDUST (weak)
5. RSS + FSS + FIERY GAZE/DDUST (weak)
6. RODN + FSS + FIERY GAZE/DDUST (weak)

Once your power runs out use RODN + FSS + NOTHING. If a freeze hits blast them with G- BOMB + J-POT + FIERCE/NOTHING. It's also vital to read the abilities section towards the end of this guide as this will explain this more clearly and show you an alternate strategy.

Cursed elixir also has a use especially if you have rod of dark nova. CE + G-BOMB + FIERCE may cause people problems if it is used late in a battle and provide enough damage to score a win. Using this combo is daunting prospect though, 20hp is easily taken if you use fierce attack - but you only need to get 10 damage in to start damaging your opponents hit points. Use with caution or better, a suap.

As you can see - It's very unlikely that a player could afford a weapon setup such as this. This is why myself and gta2k3 decided to up the stakes and find a new way to damage past eca. The answer was of course strength. With more strength to overcome an eca a low hp pet could win more often and defeat much stronger pets with a second freeze. It also meant that the best items in the game like suap weren't needed to win. But doing this meant a lot of unknown factors would start to cause problems. Healing over damage was one thing, but preventing the icons would be incredibly hard. We needed a way to protect ourselves while dealing icons at the same time. The answer was duel duty weapons that both attack and block at the same time and clever use of power. The first regslayers were born. Here's the basic setup.

Basic Regslayer
Level 50+
HP: 23-50hp
Species: Jubjub or Pteri (This is still important)
Strength: 200+
Defence: Not needed as setup uses full blockers.
Abilities: Burrow, Sink, Diamond dust and Fiery gaze

Editor's note: Burrow damage is the 2.5% of damage from: Air, earth, fire, water and physical that passes through burrow when it uses 39% power not 40% power. Sink damage is the 2.5% damage that passes through from dark, light, fire, water and physical when sink uses 39% power.

23+ HP Means that cursed elixir + drain life on the first turn will be evaded. Also it may spare you from the odd few reflected icons or burrow damage you may receive in later turns. A good reference is any hit 40x you hp will kill you. So a 3hp pet using J-RING + ROTL + BURROW would not take damage from dark or light but 2.5% from the other icons. This will protect you from 120 damage of these icons. To avoid this you can pump your hp up a bit, 40x50 = 2000 life (which is 1000 for the burrow turn and 1000 for the sink turn, which is relatively safe against a 700 boost. If they use berserk attack you wont take any burrow damage - Read the abilities section). You can tailor your hp to your turn pattern. If you're not going for a burrow and sink setup and will only use one of these less hp is ok, as you will take less accumulated burrow damage. The exceptions to this rule are rod of dark nova and tornado ring, which can heal over burrow damage. If you move first it means your full defence is capable of blocking reflected icons from prickly potion and glowing cauldron. Here's the basic setup.

1. Jhudoras bewitched ring
2. Sleep ray
3. Ring of the lost
4. Thyoras tear
5. Thick smoke bomb
6. Pirate captains cutlass
7. Rainbow scorchstone
8. Ghostkerbomb

As you can see ECA has been replaced by an 80hp heal from rainbow scorchstone that can only be used once per battle. This is the definitive step towards a different style of fighting. When you use a setup like this you have to remember that you can no longer rely on heal to protect you. So moving first is vital to stop things like prickly potion and glowing cauldron. So learn your turn pattern and get fast at clicking. Also you now rely on the damage you can do to opponents. Defensive play will ruin you, but you still stand a chance, and that's what matters right? Here's the turn pattern.

1. TTEAR + SRAY + SPECIES

This defends all icons. Move first to avoid reflectors - Cursed elixir + drain life won't hurt you if you have 23+hp. It also delivers a small attack which chips away at your opponent's hp.

2. Both pets frozen.
3. J-RING + ROTL + BURROW

This defends all icon types except for the 2.5% that passes burrow. Use this turn to scan for if the opponent burrows or uses g-shield. 21 - 25 icons is a nice hit. You will receive 2.5% of your opponents attack so reasonable hp is vital.

4. TSB + PCC + DDUST (Weak)

A 10% chance of freezing the opponent. If this hits you would use PCC + G-BOMB + BERZERK next turn. Also make sure you move first as this can cause diamond dust to take 10% power instead of 40%, this allows you to use sink on the next turn. You might opt for berserk attack here if your opponent used burrow last turn.

5. RSS + PCC + SINK

The first turn where you are truly vulnerable. Air and earth will hurt you and you have an 80hp heal to cover it. This is the main reason to use a Pteri. The 40% air resistance really helps on this turn.

6. GBOMB + CUTLASS + BERZERK

If the opponent is not dead by this turn, it means they have effectively beaten you. So the only method is to go for a flat out attack. You will find by this point the opponent has already used burrow or sink meaning this attack will cause critical damage and with luck force a draw.

So now you know how to fight as a basic regslayer. It has many weaknesses but with time and effort you will learn how to use it properly. So now let's move onto the advanced weapons. At higher boosts turn 5 of that last battle would not serve you very well. A few air or earth icons and you've had it. So we need to alter the set and change healing for full blocking.

Advanced Regslayer
HP: 50
Species: Pteri
Strength: 700
Defence: Not needed.
Abilities: Burrow, Sink, Fiery gaze and Diamond dust

1. Jhudoras bewitched ring
2. Sleep ray
3. Ring of the lost
4. Thyoras tear
5. Thick smoke bomb
6. Potion of concealment/Greater staff of the earth faerie
7. Tornado ring/shield of soaring
8. Ghostkerbomb

Cutlass and Rainbow scorchstone have been taken out and full blockers placed in. This build loses in damage to a rainbow scorchstone build, but it gives one extra turn of full block which is used to bait burrow and sink and give more icon penetration on the last turn (which would probably come a turn early if we tried to use rss+sink). We lose out a lot here because the big attack when ddust hits is much lower - But with this much strength every icon hurts a lot. This setup takes very few risks at the cost of damage.

1. TTEAR + SRAY + SPECIES
2. Both pets frozen
3. POC + TRING + SINK
4. ROTL + J-RING + BURROW
5. TSB + J-RING/ROTL + DDUST
6. G-BOMB + J-RING/ROTL + BERZERK

We can alter the above set and make it so we're resistant to all but earth on one of the turns with these weapons. Note that we do get extra icons in from cutlass in this next build.

1. Jhudoras bewitched ring
2. Sleep ray
3. Ring of the lost
4. Thyoras tear
5. Thick smoke bomb
6. Pirate captains cutlass
7. Tornado ring/shield of soaring
8. Ghostkerbomb

1. TTEAR + SRAY + SPECIES
2. Both pets frozen
3. ROTL + J-RING + BURROW
4. PCC + TRING + SINK
5. TSB + PCC + DDUST
6. G-BOMB + PCC + BERZERK

On turn 4, earth icons can hit us. We could also choose to replace t-ring for potion of concealment - This would mean immunity to everything but air on turn 4. Depends though - earth or air - choose your poison ;)

For a truly powerful set we need very rare expensive weapons. The following is probably the best set you could possibly get. It won't happen though.

1. Moehog skull
2. Skarls sword
3. Thyoras tear
4. Thick smoke bomb
5. Castle defenders shield (blocks all)
6. Super attack pea
7. Rodn of dark nova/ROTL
8. Rainbow scorchstone

Turn pattern.

1. MSKULL + TEAR + ZERK

This is superior because the skull hits hard especially at 700 boost. This is therefore the best opener.

2. Both pets frozen.
3. RODN/ROTL + SKARLS + BURROW

One of the best defensive/offensive moves in the game. The rods healing mops up any burrow damage. RODN Helps avoid drain as well so I prefer it. We don't use illusens staff because the self inflicted damage could kill us if light and dark are present. (Note: this still requires a lot of testing and is by no means proved for istaff or jwand!)

4. SUAP + CDS + BERZERK
5. SUAP + TBS + DDUST
6. RSS + SINK + SUAP
7. SUAP + SKARLS + BERZERK

As you can see this setup goes for an extra turn. It uses skarls sword to maximise damage to ddust victims. This will never be available to anyone but is good for an example of what could be possible.

Here's an experimental set that could possibly work.

1. J-ring
2. Sleep ray
3. Illusens staff
4. Thyoras tear
5. Thick smoke bomb
6. Pirate captains cutlass
7. Potion of concealment
8. T-ring

Istaff is confirmed to block all dark but if light is present it will toast you (unconfirmed). This is not the case when you use smoke bomb or thyoras tear so it can serve as a constant. The trick would be to wait until they used their burrow then hit them with the big hit. As follows.

1. SRAY + TTEAR + SPECIES
2. Both pets frozen
3. POC + TRING + SINK
4. TSB + PCC + DDUST
5. ISTAFF + PCC + BURROW (and hope they don't do light)
6. ISTAFF + PCC + BERZERK

This has a fair chance of working.

The next set is for those who like to gamble! It is actually a lot better than it looks. With the correct turn pattern you may well get an extra freeze. This is one I have tested myself previously - it's not brilliant but with enough luck you could down truly colossal opponents.

1. Slumberberry potion/Ice Dice
2. Thyoras tear
3. Thick smoke bomb
4. Ring of the lost/rodn
5. J-ring
6. Jhudoras potion/suap/fss/gsword
7. Ghostkerbomb/suap/fss/gsword
8. Rainbow scorchstone

Turn pattern:

1. TTEAR + SPOT + DDUST
2. You will probably lose on this turn due to being frozen. If not:
3. TSB + SPOT + DDUST

This is where you may well ruin somebodies day. If the freeze hits go for a huge attack or another freeze if you feel you can't one shot them. If it fails, fall back on ROTL + JRING + BURROW, and then aim for a draw.

This one is a fairly cheap playable version for people who don't want to equip j-ring. Really guy's j-ring owns and you can still unequip it (Confirmed 99% subject to possible change)! But if you insist this might work.

1. Pirate captains' hat
2. Ring of the lost
3. Shield of soaring/T-ring
4. Thyoras tear
5. Thick smoke bomb
6. SRAY
7. g-bomb
8. PCC

Turn pattern:
1. TTEAR + SLEEPRAY + SPECIES
2. Both pets frozen
3. SSOAR + PCH + SINK (Stall, lol)
4. ROTL + PCH + BURROW (Stall again lolol)
5. TSB + PCC + DDUST
6. G-BOMB + PCC + BERZERK

Of course your hat can break, which means one less turn. You do very few icons compared to a J-ring/Potion of concealment setup. But the icons that do hit thankfully hit late in the fight, hopefully after burrow. The problem with this setup is once your opponent knows your game they'll know when to use burrow.

Here's all my stuff for the laugh :)
HP: 10
STR: 700
1. J-ring
2. Sleep ray/Slumberberry potion
3. Pirate captain cutlass/Sword of skardsen
4. Rod of dark nova/Everlasting crystal apple
5. Rainbow scorchstone/j-pot/potion of concealment x 200
6. Thyoras tear
7. Thick smoke bomb x500
8. G-bomb

Turn pattern:

1. SRAY + TTEAR + JUBJUB BAM
2.Both pets frozen.
3. RODN + J-RING + BURROW
4. TSB + PCC + DDUST
5. RSS + PCC + SINK (LOL only if I'm feeling brave, I sometimes sub j-pot in instead of RSS)
6. G-BOMB + PCC + BERZERK

As you can see it's filled with holes, the purpose of this guide is to teach people how to improve on what I've started! :)

The basic trick is just full blocking for as long as possible. Burrow when used needs to have a full light and dark defence with it and sink needs air and earth. There are many possible items that block these icons in full - finding the right ones are vital. Thick smoke bomb should be abused, have a huge stash of these. Avoid Illusens staff and jhudoras wand if you can as these do damage to you if other icons are present. (Note this is still unconfirmed. Any results would be useful)

Here's a list of the good items for each type of defence.

Air defence: Tornado-ring, Shield of soaring, Weird Scarab, Alien Aisha scrambler, Jhudoras wand (If you want to lose against every cutlass you come across)

Earth defence: Potion of concealment, Greater staff of the earth faerie, Earth scarab, Xantan slime amulet, Shield of Pion Troect, Illusens Silver Shield

Dark defence: Rod of dark nova, Ring of the lost, Skarls amulet, Darkness scarab, ghostkershield and possibly Illusens staff

Light defence: Skarls sword, Jhudoras bewitched ring, Golden pirate amulet, AA scrambler, pirate captains' hat

All defence: Thick smoke bomb, Thyoras tear and Castle defenders shield

Healers: Glittery, Rainbow and Purple scorchstones, rod of dark nova, tornado ring, Everlasting crystal apple and Cursed elixir

^^ Unfinished.

And again you must move first my friends, every time!

With time and luck you will beat huge pets. I can do over 1k with a bit of luck!

A very evil thing to do against defensive players with around 400hp is G-BOMB + TTEAR + BERZERK first turn. Always remember this; if you have 700 strength you can one shot people if they don't expect it! The main reason for this is people who know your game wont waste burrow on the first turn. They will use something like: freezing potion + G-shield + defend. Thinking they will mop up the damage from the usual weak first turn attack. This can be an awesome rematch strategy :) It's also fair to note that drain life can protect from first turn cursed elixir but this depends on your opponent's hp. If you feel you must a lot of these turn patterns can be changed around, with a decent knowledge of what you're up against you might be able to take risks mid fight to switch a cutlass into many of the above sets. For example potion of concealment + pcc + sink is still a viable move, but scout out your opponents constants first to make sure they don't use air. Generally high hp pets will have a setup similar to this.

1. Freezer
2. G-shield
3. Healer
4. Pirate captains cutlass
5. Portable Kiln/Glittery faerie dust
6. G-bomb
7. Faerie Tabard/Downsize!/tear
8. Constant/Bomb/utility (Sos/J-pot/Thick smoke bomb)

Try to guess when the opponent will use a healing item. On this turn you have more chance of surviving using slightly less defence.

Now onto training.

If you want to keep your hp low, (which is the point) you must avoid things that will increase it. These include, shrine, Kquests, the secret lab, dark faerie quests, faerie queen quests and certain neggs/foods. This makes training to 700 boost very difficult. The advantage is you don't need hp, defence or a level over 50. Training is done by letting your pet get to dying level and feeding one ferocious negg to your pet every 2 hours. It costs a lot of NP doing it this way. If you want to snail it to 700 boost there is also the option of training normally at a fraction of the cost. And if you want to light speed to 700 boost compliment your fneggs with a few hundred essence of drakonak for instant stats without bloating.

Ferocious negg: 1-3 strength (Feeds pet)
Essence of drakonak (1/4 chance of giving 1-2 strength. Roughly)
Greater Earthen potion (+2 strength +2 int)
Strength Serum (1-4 strength)

Realistically your best getting to at least 400 boost before you start using these. I recommend avoiding strength serum though.

Note from gta2k3: I've used 10 strength serums and never got over 2 strength. It's possibly just 1- 2 strength.

A note on species resistance.

As you may know different species of pets have different resistances. This might not mean a lot to most people, especially those running round with painted krawks or draiks ect ect. If you're serious about battledome, you need to have resistant pets. Think of it this way, in the composition of a turn there's 5 factors.

1. Left hand weapon.
2. Right hand weapon.
3. Ability
4. Movement priority
5. Species resistance
6. Petpet boost (No longer active)

Abilities.

Your first clicked weapon moves second, second clicked weapon moves first. Then your ability. Then which pet moves first is calculated and its effects applied to the use of abilities and weapons. Then species resistance cuts down the damage your pet finally receives by a certain amount. And then final damage comes out. I will use the power of block capitals for the next sentence please excuse me. SPECIES ABILITY IS LIKE HAVING A SHIELD EVERY TURN. So effectively pets without resistance are using two weapons compared to an opponents 3. This is why everyone has a Pteri - Even for a regslayer this will cut down on burrow damage but still, everyone else take heed!

When both pets use burrow. Both pets receive burrow damage and 39% power is used by both. This is because burrow is a faerie ability. If both pets use a faerie ability on the same turn the ability will take 39% power regardless of if you chose "Weak" Or "Strong" or move first or second. To make burrow block everything - One must move before the opponent and the opponent must use an ability that does not require power. We will say berserk attack. In this situation your burrow will use 40% power instead of 39%. This causes it to block all icons and not allow the small percentage of damage through. This technique is also works well with fiery gaze, diamond dust and drain life. If you move first and the opponent uses a none faerie ability - These will only take 10% of your power meaning you can use them in conjunction with burrow and sink and still have power remaining, all in the same battle. You might wonder why the above has any meaning whatsoever to a battledomer - It's difficult to guess when your opponent will use a faerie ability. In the case of a regslayer this is entirely right, but because of your high boost, most people will use faerie abilities before the turn you use your smokebomb + pcc + ddust. This will make it only take 10% power most of the time - Unless they're unusually devious and save burrow and sink (Against a 700 booster this is a daunting task). But the main type of pet which benefits from this is the original noobinator; because they can drag the battle out indefinitely they can sometimes afford to wait until the opponent has used their burrow and sink, and then plow power into getting a freeze with fiery or ddust at a cost of only 10% power per shot. This can be a top strategy for beating an opponent's eca. Especially if you don't have an fss.

Psychology.

When you battle somebody it's important to gain a fair idea of what their pet looks like and how they act as a player. For example you know you are fighting a real battledomer if you see them using a pteri or scorchio. On the chat boards it's easy to get a battle and check up the opponent before the battle starts. But in quickfight if you look up the opponent before the fight starts you will lose priority of the first move. So I recommend you check your opponent's stats on the second turn when both pets are frozen.

Did you ever play that game at school, where somebody would hold a ruler between your fingers and then drop it at a random moment and you needed to catch it to prove your reaction time? Well the lesson we learn from that is the longer they wait to drop it, the harder it is to predict when they will let go. This is applicable to the neopets battledome. On the turn both pets are frozen you can move second with no drawbacks. So on this turn, make sure you move second and don't just hit go really fast. The reason for this is first; it gives you time to check the pet your fighting, But more importantly your the one who's dropping the ruler. This means if you stall for a few seconds the opponent will move first and get the little refresh box. This refreshes every few seconds and then you have to factor in that their page must load when you eventually press go. If you move second on this turn your page will load instantly, giving you a huge head start to get the first move on turn 3 - And as we know moving first is vital to us! Take this into consideration before your blindly press go on the frozen turn. Note: If you refresh the page, it will say: "Opponent is waiting for you to make your move!" This is when to strike :[

On going Mysteries.

Illusens staff and Jhudoras wand would be great weapons for us. But if you read on IDB you will notice that when both icons and present they will do damage back. We have proved this damage can be blocked by thick smoke bomb. But the question remains. Will istaff + jring + burrow block all damage if both light and dark are present? The same goes for jwand with air and light. If we can survive using this, istaff would be vastly superior to rotl and provide a possible aggressive replacement for rodn and same for jwand in the air blocking category.

The method of testing this is:

Istaff
Player 1 moves second and uses light and dark icons with berserk attack (important!)
Player 2 moves first and uses Istaff + full dark only blocker + burrow
If any damage is present then this test was a failure and these weapons are useless to us.

Jwand
Player 1 moves second and uses light and air icons
Player 2 moves first and uses jwand + sink
If any damage is present then this test was a failure and these weapons are useless to us.

Any help with the above is appreciated.

How to counter n00binators and regslayers with the lowest possible funding.

To counter a basic n00binator who uses freeze the method is very simple. You must freeze on the first turn and reduce damage as much as possible while you wait for a second freeze or attempt a flat out attack that will break eca and beat them in one round. The cheap method could be used with these items.

Abilities: Burrow and sink

1. Snowglobe staff
2. Snow mudball
3. Snow mudball
4. Leaf shield or any shield
5. Downsize!
6. Fighting folder
7. Fighting folder
8. Sparkshooter 9001

Turn pattern.

1. SSTAFF + whatever + burrow
2. Hopefully both pets will be frozen, if not you lose
3. DSIZE + SSTAFF + FIERY GAZE (either gaze or staff will be gone)
4. Repeat trying to freeze until you die
5. Sparkshooter 9001 + Fierce attack

If a freeze lands *grats* your mudballs will finish them. This is cheapest way to win. But it's usually doomed to fail. Also one of the weapons has a power level of over 9000 so you might win if you use it. To get one you need to visit the hidden shower.

The second way is the use of one huge attack. Most people won't have sink at very low levels so they will rely on a burrow a lot on the first turn. The average first turn will ECA + FREEZE + burrow/defend. As you can see this has a gaping wide hole in it. Dark and light icons will fry them, but its hard to use enough to break the 30hp heal. Here's a way to do it.

Needs 20 strength at least
1. Jhudoras potion/Sword of skardsen
2. Cursed elixir

1. JPOT + CE + FIERCE

Bam. They either lose first turn, or you lose second. They won't expect this - And nobody in their right mind would use a g-shield with an eca on the first turn as a freeze would beat them. They won't have sink. So you're pretty much guaranteed a huge hit. If they use ttear or smoke bomb with their freezer, the cursed elixir will drain 20. This attack forks the opponent quite badly with hard to block damage and drain. It's best to have backup weapons. But I'll leave that to you.

A now the easy bit. How to beat a regslayer.

Basically Prickly potion and Glowing cauldron are kryptonite to a regslayer. It will seriously beat them every time if you move first because these icons are impossible to block. This method uses prickly potion or glowing cauldron.

1. Prickly potion
2. Thick smoke bomb
3. 100% freezer of any type (not vital as I may lose first turn)
4. Sparkshooter
5. Sparkshooter

1. PPOT + FREEZE + BURROW (move first!)
2. Both pets are frozen or I'm dead if you moved first
3. TSB + PPOT + FGAZE/DDUST (move first!)

This again is a almost guaranteed victory against a regslayers. These strategies work best on the really low hp ones such as "high" and "danger".

Conclusion.

Well that pretty much wraps it up. I've gone into minute detail here. Any comments, questions, input, weapon tests, corrections (Not spelling or punctuation, I know it's bad!) are welcome! If one person, just one - Finds this guide useful my work is done. Thank you for reading and I hope you learned something! :)

(Guide written by _corpse_, credits to gta2k3 for helping me formulate all this over the years! Also to deadly_affection for some tips on CE+RODN. _pigdestroyer_, house_of_voodoo and hockey3599 for reading through this before I published.
