The AniX Cup Finally the questions you've all been asking will be answered. The AniX Cup will be a battle fought between the council members and their supporting teammates. The AniX Cup will begin with the preliminaries where every council will end up facing eachother. The results from the prelims will decide the tournament match ups. It will be a classic elimination style tournament with the winners advancing until a winner is decided. Then that winner will face off against the AniX Cup Champion for the AniX Cup.
The Story The events of the AniX Cup will be recorded in a Story-Plot format (similar to that of the Snorewager and Botae) on another petpage. Rather that post the next steps for the Team, the story will outline what they have to do next. It will also contain many clues and hints on how to gain bonus points. To start off participation in the AniX Cup, you must first choose a Team to play on. There are 4 different teams to join.
Team Murasaki You can click on a Team Name to view a profle and brief of the Team Captian and their pokemon of preference. Once you've decided on a Team, neomail the AniX Cup Champion with your Team of choice, and congratulations you'll be a participant of the AniX Cup. *Note: When the offical tournament starts and the losing Teams become eliminated, you will be allowed to join another Team and continue in the tournament. (Although the points recieved for the continuing round will be reduced by 5%)
A round starts once a new chapter of the AniX Cup story is added. In the story, the Teams will meet the instructor(s) for that round. Every round the instructor(s) will give you 3 different games to play. The point of the games will be to finish the round with a higher score than the opposing team. To make up for the teams that may have a lower number of players that another team, the ending score will be the average of the combined score of all the players. To make the AniX Cup more challenging, the Instructor(s) will never directly tell you which 3 games you must play. :D Instead they will give you a brief clue and description of the game. Using those, the team must discuss which game it is, because the points will not be counted if a team member plays the wrong game.
A person's scores will be added every round, and the prizes they recieve at the end of the Cup will be determined by their overall score. Don't worry if you aren't a high scorer because there are many ways to earn bonus points.
The amount of bonus points awarder will vary depending on the game for that round. Eg if the average score fo rhte game is 500points+ then the bonus points will be around 50-100 points. The ways to get bonus points will be hidden as riddles in the same chapter the games ares given. You will also have to try to dechiper the meaning of the riddle and how to get the bonus points. Points will not be rewarded if the person submits the wrong thing. You submit bonus points the same way you submit the points. But it will be most likely that you'll have to take the shots while playing the game (EG. A bonus quest may be to capture the egg of the legendary sapphire salmon which would be a screenshot of a Blue Fishnegg)
