FAQs

What is a Neoboard pen and do I need one?: A Neoboard pen can be found at the NC Mall (under Specialty), it gives you 25% extra coding space and multiple fonts. It requires real money to buy one. But you don't need one in order to have a signature!

I asked for a custom to match one avatar, but now I want it to match a different one. Can I alter the colors on my custom to match?: You may alter the colors of your custom to match a new/different avatar, but you can't take credit for the signature itself. (I would prefer if you ask me to alter it, though.)

Can you make me a picture font? They're pretty!: I can't make picture fonts, please don't request them from me.

How long will it take for me to get my custom?: It will take some time to work on a signature, it can be as little as 30 minutes to several days if I am having trouble getting to my laptop. I often check messages from my cell phone, I can't do any sort of signature work from there. I am also sick frequently and have things going on in my life that sometimes make it difficult for me to get to my laptop.

If it has been several days and I have not contacted you with your finished signature, please mail me immediately, but do so only once.
I have lost signature requests in my Inbox when I've cleared it out, if you think you sent me a request and I lost it, mail me again, but only once.

I requested a custom, and you said it was finished, but I don't see my signature code.: I will mail you when I am finished with the signature. If you are not online when I mail you, and I have to go offline, I will take down the code temporarily. It will appear again when I come back.

What if I change my mind and don't want a custom anymore?: If you have changed your mind about having a custom made, please mail me. I find it extremely irritating when people request signatures from me and then never mail me back to pick their signatures up. You don't have to give a long explanation, but politeness works wonders.

(I might be a sad little Kadoatie, though.)

If you have never had a custom, or never made a signature on your own, there will be 2 text boxes set up for you.

The 1st text box goes into the line that says neoHTML

The 2nd text box goes into the line that says Neosignature

If you are familiar with this page or have made/used signatures and think you have enough experience, there will only be one textbox set up.

You can pickup your custom under "Extras", by clicking "Pickup".

About Me

My name is Violet, and I've been around Neopets since 2001-2002. I say around because I never played consistently. I began playing as a child when I was about 10, and lost my 1st account in a purge. I came back in 07 but left again and came back periodically.

I love anime, my gallery is themed from the anime Tokyo Mew Mew. Berry is the only Mew Mew not included in my gallery, namely because I think Tokyo Mew Mew a La Mode was a major disappointment. (I hate how they made Berry the leader 3 seconds in to the story, it's not like Ichigo lost her abilities, geez.)
