Solar's Past
Though normaly I woulden't, I'll start from when I first opened my eyes. I was born with a black pelt and blue eyes, like a wolf pup is. But as I grew my pelt began to become lighter and stoped when it reached a dark grey. My mother and father loved me like good parents should. My dad taught me to hunt and my mother taught me to fish. Of course, they also taught me other things that you need to know but I won't go into detail for everything. But the day I became an adult, they started looking for mates for me other then me finding my own. I knew it was because they loved me and wanted me to be happy, but they were doing the exact opposite. I got fed up with my parents and all of the brutes, so I began planning to leave them and the pack so that I could live my own life. And that was exactly what I did.
It was midnight and the moon hung in the sky, a single sliver of light. I left the den silently and snuck out into the night. I walked all night and ran at times, but by dawn I was far from the lands of my old pack. I found a cave and slept all day, getting my energy back. The next afternoon when I was feasting on a deer carcass, I heard a voice behind me. "Don't you think you're a bit far from home?" It was a dragon. It was enormous compared to me, and as tall as an elephant. I snorted, knowing I shoulden't talk to a stranger of that size. She could easily kill me. "Why do you think that it's any of your buisness?" The reptile just chuckled. "Because you trust me." A gave her a funny look. "What?
Oh, Solar. Don't lie to me.
How do you know my name?
That doesn't matter. I'm Ilsakra, and don't worry, I won't hurt you. But others will.
I listened without saying anything.
Watch your back, and don't trust those you don't know.

A gave her another funny look and began to speak, but she just turned and left. I ignored what she said and continued my meal.
I lived alone for a year and a half before meeting my future-mate. I was searching the forest for food when I noticed him eating an eagle. How he got it, I didn't know at the time. He didn't have apear to have any wings, afterall. He had a brown pelt with some lighter brown markings and green eyes. He invited me over and for some reason I went. I obviously wasn't thinking straight. We chated as we ate and got along great. Soon enough we were the best of friends. But... I liked him more then that. The more I learned about him - or should I say the fake him - the more I loved him. And then one day, I told him.
He had just caught a fairly large fish from the lake as I sat at shore beside him as we stared up at the sky. I think it was New Years or something, for fireworks were going off not far from where we sat. I turned my head towards him and opened my mouth to speak. I was so foolish to fall for him. "Zarkial," I said lightly. He looked at me with a smile. "Yes?" I gulped. "There's something I have to tell you..." But somehow, I think he knew what I was about to say. "I also do, Solar." And he leaned in... and kissed me. It seemed.. so real. Like true love... but it wasn't.
Time passed and my love for him grew. Soon enough he had gotten me pregnant and I had our first - and only - litter of pups. I loved the little furry bundles like any mother should and took care of them with love. Zarkial went away now and then. He said he was seeing if the elk were still hanging around or if they were going to move soon. Yeah right. But I was head over heals for him and belived anything he said. Not long after the pups had began to see, I finally found out who he really was.
It was a beautiful day. The birds were singing and the sky was clear of clouds. I wish it could have ended with all the joy it started with. I was laying down with the pups, some awake and jumping around and a couple dozing off. I had named them when they were first born with the black pelts and blue eyes I had when a pup, but now they each started to get cutsom pelts. Yarikeno was the second oldest, followed by Miayu and then Thioka. I liked to give them more custom names then my own. Of course there were more then three, but I don't need to mention their names. Zarkial approached me and our offspring. I smiled at him happily, but... he didn't do the same. He grinned sickly and laughed. "Oh Solar, I can't belive your so stupid to think I loved you all along. You see, I was playing you. Hiding my true identity." A flame engulfed him and my eyes widened. The one I saw was not the sweet, handsom, caring Zarkial I once knew. No. A demonic lupe stood in his spot. It's eyes burned with red fire and two large, curved horns were on his head. It had demonic wings and long, black claws. All the pups came towards me in fear. "Z-Zarki-" I began. But he cut me off. "I am not that stupid male you knew. I have the same name, Zarkial, and do you know what I do? I send those I know to hell. And the more I send down, the more powerful I get. But of course, pups mean nothing down there. So I enjoying killing them instead." I coulden't say anything. I was in shock of what he really was. But he came towards me and my pups and I snapped back, my motherly instints were kicking in. "Don't touch them!" I barked ant him, snarling. But he was too storng. He simply shoved me aside and reached down with his mouth to pick up Thioka. I watched in horror, as did my offspring, as he crushed her ribs and dropped her on the ground. He laughed and moved towards Miayu. "No..." Was all I could say. I was frozen and coulden't move. "Run!" She instantly turned and tried to escape but it was to late. Zarkial lifted a paw and crushed her skull. He now began towards Yarikeno and I finally jumped up, racing towards my mate. I attacked his side and knocked him over. Yari watched in horror. "Run!" I yelled to him. He was the fastest of the litter. He ran into the nearby forest. Zarkial pused me off and killed the two remaning pups. I jumped at him agian but he moved out of the way and I slid onto the ground. "You monster!" I yelled. But as I began to stand up I felt something grab my back leg. Spikes dug into my rump and I yelped in pain. Two large, spiked vines emerged from the ground and began to pull me downwards. Zarkial walked over to me. "You never loved me, did you!?" Tears began to drip from my eyes. "Nope." It was all fake... the kiss, the love. I finally realized it. I didn't notice that I was now half under ground.
You never listen, do you?" I heard a voice say. But it wasn't his. It was... "ILSAKRA!" Zarkial froze. Was he... scared? "And you, pup. You need to stop this. Don't you?" Zarkial began to shake. He was scared. Ilsakra glared and approched him. "Don't you?" She actually sounded quite dangerous. I hadn't seen her like this. "Y-yes. I do.." Zarkial muttered in fear. I wanted to laugh at him but yet, I didn't. I was pulled downwards and closed my eyes.
I looked up. Darkness. Slowly I rolled onto my side as my eyes began to adjust. I lay in a dark, damp cave. But some red light danced on the walls. Obviously from fire. As I glanced around somemore I finally figured it out. I had been pulled into hell. "That freak.." I muttered, thinking about Zarkial. But then another thought came to mind. "Yari!" I shouted and ran to a cave wall. He was the only one who escaped, but he could easily die without anyone to help him. I started to scratch at the rock, but it got me no where. How was I supposed to escape? I paced for days, thinking of a plan. But nothing worked. For about two months I stayed in that cave, all alone. I ate the large rats that scurried through the cave now and then but otherwise didn't eat anything. But one day he came to see me.
I peered at the cave wall which now had sevrel scratches on it. But lots of fire lightened the cave and I jumped up and turned around. "Zarkial!" I knew his smell instantly. "Enjoying your stay?" He smirked. I lunged at him but he quickly jumped, hovered and pinned me, belly up. "Now, Solar, there is something I need from you." He grinned sickly and brought a paw to the left side of my chest. He dug his foot into my skin and gripped my heart and tugged it out of my body. I whined in pain but was till quick to react. As flames began to cover his figure I gripped onto his left leg, holding on for freedom. "Ack!" He yelled, dropping my organ. He quickly pused me off, but we were already back on Earth by now. 1000 feet up in the air we both began to plummet but I pushed him away and spread my wings, soaring slowly to the ground. But I glanced back once to see the skin on his wings ripping away and leaving the skeleton. What luck! With him having retrived my heart, he was gaining a 'more demonic' apperance.

Zarkial
Here is the true meaning of 'blood family.' No, he isn't my brother. But I'm putting him under this section. Zarkial is my ex-mate. He killed all of our pups but one, Yari. He then sent me to hell. Zarkial doesn't die. He never dies. He always comes back. And he tortures me. If I die he'll just bring me back to earth and kill me agian. I hate him. Well..- erk. Nothing, just shut up!
Yarikeno
Dead.... and then... a new pup. The same name. Another mean of torture, nothing else. But I love him... I love him so much... He... He's always with me. I'll never let him leave my sight. He might look like Zarkial, but I'll never let him become like the monster. Though I'm not sure if he has a heart...

A great friend and a strong fighter. Nakumn will help his friends no matter what the cost. Thats what's so great about him. He hasn't met Yari. He doesn't know my secrets. I want it to stay that way but I doubt it will. Sometime him and Zarkial will meet, I know it...

He is an amazing friend, and we have become the best of friends... in a short amount of time, to. He found me after another attack from Zarkial and helped me home. He even managed to get some food! He said he was on a journey, to find a pack. So I joined him. I mean, why not? And as I said, we grew in a great pair of friends and are almost always together.

This lupess is Yari's friend. I tortured her for sometime, uncontrolably. But now that I've met Yari agian I do not. Now I don't hurt her, and I know she's glad. I'm glad too, what I was doing to her was like what Zarkial is doing to me...

Another victum of Zarkial's. I feel sorry for her... as she does for me. We're not great friends or anything, she's just... there. But she's done things I couldn't dream of. When he first attacked her... she tried to defend herself. And now she's training. Oh how I envy her bravery...
