When the world was much younger, I lived in this village with my older sister and my twin. The three of us looked after each other and protected each other. But one year our village betrayed the Gods and a war waged between mortal and deity. Fire rained from the sky, locusts attacked our crops, our animals became sick and our people died.

Ever since the previous war,(in which our parents died)what was left of our family was quiet and peaceful. We didn't wish to fight. But there was to be a final showdown, the magic of the Gods vs the inventions of our people. We marched down to a large barren field. I can still remember it so well, I was holding on tight to my sisters. But my twin CloudSweep was much more scared.

Must we continue fighting?" her eyes were filled with sadness and grief. The three of us knew that we had to stop this fight at once. As both sides lauched their attacks, all three of us stood in the way and perished. The village was too upset to fight, and the Gods were impressed with our courage. They used their divinely skills to bring us back to life but not as people. I grew fur and translucent wings.

You will hear many stories about different religions and different number of Gods. You may also hear tales of heros and their relationships with these mystical beings, but our story is a much more rarer tale. For you see, our bravery was rewarded with a second life. We were to then continue life as spirits, as guardians. I protect the sun, its bright light fills me with hope for the future world.

Even though we were seperated for many years after the war, serving as guardians and spread across the universe. A young female brought us back together again. For not to long after we were made guardians, we were then appointed to protect a human. There are many spirits, protecting the earth and air etc, there are also creators who created fire and water etc. Nowadays humans are guarded by neopets, but it is a very rare occasion to be guarded by a neopets spirit.
