What are the WiLD Aces?

We are the World's Infamous Lost Desert Aces; a gaming branch of the chat group SoLiD. The aces are an elite team that only put their hardest effort every round. We live by our code and it is our goal to bring LD to the top no matter what it takes. We are the team's wild card, the ace up LD's sleeve, the part that has the greatest effect on LD's victory. Like the thieves hidden in the sands, we will rise from the shadows and hopefully take the goLD again this year!

PLEASE NOTE - Last year, I had trouble quite a few times with people thinking that you had to have an average of the daily quota over the whole tournament. This is not true; you need to try and reach the quota every day. However, you do have 5 chances and if you are going to be away for a day or more, please neomail me and I will not remove you from this page.

Goals

The goal of the Wild Aces is to encourage not only members but also the average LD player, to only put out their best effort every round. We want to prevent slacking at all cost and encourage hard play for every match and even harder play for big matches.But of course the main goal of all is to lead LD into a glorious victory. Time to bring the gold back to the desert!

Do you have what it takes?

So you want to be a wild ace. Well, this group isn't for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of skill and focus to keep up. Being a WiLD Ace means completing your daily quota despite your opponent and never slacking off. Keep in mind that you should only enlist into one of the squads only if you can promise to keep up with it. After all a WiLD Ace is nothing if they don't honor their code. Remember your scores will be visible at the end! If you think you're up to it, neomail me with the card you would like to be!

WiLD Ace Code

I am the desert's greatest treasure; I am an Ace of LD. I only do my best in hopes to succeed. I will strive through the heat to watch my team succeed and vow to never stop in honor of the pharaohs to be. Feel the hearts, protect the diamonds, survive the clubs, dig deep with the spades. If ever I slip, let a curse take over me! The plagues of LD would only be so kind to me. It's time we come from beneath the sands to take the GoLD that is so rightfully ours because I am a desert elite, I am WiLD Ace!
