Welcome to the official homepage of the Neopian Pound Pet Adopters. Neopian Pound Pet Adopters (NPPA), was made so that every pet can have a home! Any one can be a part of NPPA, even you! Careless owners abandon their pets when they are too weak or come down with a disease. The NPPA's job is to help these pets, and make them more appealing for other owners who may be interested in owning them. A recent poll has shown that 86% of neopet owners would prefer a painted/zapped pet over a plain one. Is this truly fair to the pets who are still in the pound, verses the painted pets who were adopted weeks ago? With the NPPA's help, these pets can find a loving owner who will take care of them. But there still is a lot of work to do. According to the poll, it is most likely that owners would like to adopt pets that aren't plain and boring. So in order for this to work, we would have to paint all the pets in the pound! Now that is a big job. Of course one person cant do this all by themselves! |

These are our NPPA pets. If you would like to adopt one, please neomail the Neopian Pound Pet Adopter. Who gets to adopt the pet is usually first come first serve, but each user has their own rules. Please take into consideration that some users can reject your offer to adopt the pet. The NPPA is not responsible for unsuccessful adoptions. Different adoption rules vary based on the adopter, but getting the pet should be easy. Thanks!
