For cursors there are special softwares. I have Sib Cursor Editor. For other regular image creators, I use Picture It! Microsoft, Paint, Photoshop, and sometimes a different program. Next, either create, or find a image-hosting site. I use photobucket.com for regular images, and CursorHost.com for, of course, cursors. Then upload the images, and use the URL they give you, and insert it in the html code. Got it? For any other questions, neomail me.
