A: It called a avatar, you can them randomly, or if you get a certain score in a game, do a lookup on a certain pet, etc. You can change in by going to boards, then clicking on Chat Preferences.. As you look down you will see as the first box "avatar" (I know there are others will get to them in a minute) you then can scroll down and look at your avaiable avatars you can change to: note it shows current avatar and the preview of the new avatar your trying to change to... after you go down to sumbit and there you go...a good site to find a avatars showing you how to get them in neoitems.com... going to next subject..

A: It just another thing like a avatar that you can put that will suit you... you scroll down with that too and then when your done put submit at the bottom...
