The Potter Project FAQ
Do I have to be college age to join? No. We do not currently have an age limit, but we prefer member who are in high school and college. As long as you don't type chat speak, you should be fine.

Can I use chat speak or emoticons? We do not allow chat speak, but we do allow the occasional abbreviation like lol. Emoticons are welcomed and encouraged! =D

How do I join? You can join by visiting the guild home page. We are currently public. If we go private, there will be a short application process and the link will be posted here.

Calendar

On April 16th, the daily activities will start. Every day you will have a room to explore or and interactive activity to participate in. If you have any issues with the coding not working, let me know. My coding is designed for ff and chrome.

TPP was founded by myself (Sage) and Gabby. We have been real life friends since we were in high school. Because we are college students, we are always busy with trying to balance projects, studying, work, family... the list could go on forever. We created this guild to give us and those like us a place to hang out free of stress and responsibilities. TPP is for you to hang out and have fun with like-minded people.

We provide tons of fun and very different activities for our members, but we don't require them to participate. We do encourage you to try them out, though! Our activities are based on the books and use techniques and images from the books, from real life places, and from Pottermore. We have a page for daily activities and a page for weekly activities. Things are constantly changing and evolving here. One thing you can always be certain about is that things will never get boring.

Rules We only have two criteria in TPP. We simply ask that you be kind and courteous to the other members and everyone on the guild boards, and that you do not use chat speak. Contact Us

Sage is the owner of the guild and will answer and every question you may have. She keeps all of the pages up to date and has created all of the coding and graphics for the guild. She hosts all of the pages and creates the activities. Feel free to contact her at any time if you have any questions. She is here all the time.

Gabby is Sage's friend and helps with board activities and background work at TPP. She will help with running the activity boards and appointing board monitors. She will also may be running a guild newspaper once we get everything going. If you are interested in contributing anything to the newspaper, please let Gabby or Sage know.

Sage makes all of the recruitment boards, but if there that board has died, feel free to make another one! Here are some premades that you can use. Please remember to be courteous to others on the boards and do not pressure anyone into joining. That is not why we are here.

Classes
This page is entirely member run. You can sign up to take a class or even teach! This is a recent page, so we are in need of teachers. You will need to know very basic CSS and HTML and be able to host and update a page weekly. Contact Gab if you have any questions.
