-Please fill out the ENTIRE form. Only giving me 1 or 2 out of the 3 I need doesn't help me, and may result in me just deleting your request.
-Please do not make me go searching for parts of your request, and by this I mean mainly your image. If you want an image other than a Neopets one, please put it on a petpage or somewhere where I can get go and get it.

Welcome to Kimberly's Fabulous Blinkies! This blinkie page has, well, blinkies, and customs buttons too! Everything here, discluding the images, is made be me. The blinkies here come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. Thanks to the customers as I call them, this site has grown to what you see today! =)


1] NO STEALING ANYTHING. Bottom line. If it's on this page, and it's linked to my photobucket account, it's made by me.
2] To go with Rule 1, you may not take any part of my blinkies and use them to make your own. This means the cropped graphics (they belong to Neo; I crop them a tiny bit so they can be transparent), the boxes around the letters, or the fonts.
3] Please keep links on anything that has a link back!
