Criteria First Impression #/10 What do I think of your site? Do I want to stay and check it out or run away as fast as possible? Layout/Designs #/15 Is a premade or homemade? Does it go along with a theme? How do the colors of the text fit in with the rest of the stuff? Is it messy and all over or organized? How do the icons and images work? Shall I go on? Content #/50 The most important part. What do people come to see the sight for? If its a directory how many links do you have? If its a graphics site are the graphics high quality or crummy? If its a button request how many borders and fonts do you have? Is it stolen? ooo, not good. +( Sitely #/10 How do the buttons go along with the theme? Are they high quality or rubbish piles? An affie wont want to put up a lame button on their site. How many affies do you have? are you listed alot of places? While not worth as many points, this is still an important section. Grammar and Spelling #/5 Is it chatspeak or proper? Everyone makes mistakes once in a while, but please make it a error-free as possible. I can read chatspeak, but its not very neat. Organization #/10 Is it neat and every thing easy to find? Will it take a detective to navigate to the credit section? Or is everything right there, neat and orderly? Overall Score: #/100 Summary: Here i put a summary of everything that needs to be said. mmmm, nachos The Reviews Cup Of Sweet Tea Reviews Visit||Contact||Owner First Impression 9/10 Wonderful layout, the sunny yellow really warms the site up and makes me want to stay and check it out. The headers go great with the rest. But you should definitely get a banner to go on top. Layout/Designs 10/15 The layout is great, however it is a pure premade. I have nothing against premades, but try editing it a bit. And you should add some scroll boxes for the updates, link back buttons and the reviews itself. Right now, all the text is all over the place! Like I said in the First Impression, try requesting a banner at The Goodie Box or The Gift Shop . Content 40/50 Yay! Another review site! I see that all the reviews are cleared, maybe next time try Keeping half and Clearing half so more people will notice "Wow, this site must be popular, look at all those people who requested!" Also, Try going a little more in depth of the site, the review has only like one sentence for each section. The more help you give people the more people will want to request. If they look at it and think "wow, that's not alot of help they are giving me" they might move right on! Sitely 5/10 hmm, this section of the review definitely needs the most help. The buttons are low-quality and hard to read, try requesting buttons from sites like Desire or Day 'n' Night. And the text is aligned to the left and makes it all look funny. Use this tag: < text align="center" >(without spaces) to make the buttons, affies and awards look much more professional. Grammar and Spelling 4/5 Everything in this section was next to perfect, even if it does have a few errors here and there. Go through and look for a few minor errors. Organization 8/10 Goes back to the text alignment, again. Other than that, it is awesomely organized. Once you go and center your text, all will be well. Overall Score: 76/100 Summary: Overall, pretty good site, but it does have it's drawbacks. Remember, get better buttons, center the text, get a banner and add some scrollboxes. Layout/Designs 10/15 Like I said in first impression, It is kind of boring, and that touches on originality as well. It is pure premade, (and I have nothing against premades) but that particular site doesn't have very interesting colors. Try editing it. Maybe put an image in the headers instead of that blue-ish green. And maybe request a banner from Soskratos or Ninety-Nine Red Balloons. And make the background a bit brighter. But the shape and size of the layout is perfect =) Oh, and put Candy Shop Premades' review in a scrollbox like Midnight Buttons'. Content 47/50 Wonderful, another review site!! I LOVE the introduction, very cool. I love how you say 'schedule an appointment' instead of the classic "send a form'. Can i steal that? However, the forms should be in textarea and the textarea that you do have is quite boring. Anyway, I know from experience, this type of site needs user participation as well so I can't grade you on the # of reviews you have. XD You are the first site I have seen that doesn't need a scrollbox to make the reviews look good. =) Maybe give the sites more than two sentences in each category. And add a content category as well. What do people come and expect when they visit the site? If they have awesome grammar, astonishing layout, spiffy name, but the content is junk, you might give them 100% and they don't deserve it. My Reviews From: First Impression 7/10 A lovely layout, one of the nicest Exclusive layouts there is! But all of the borders around those buttons looks kind of weird. But overall the layout is very nice, so the impression is nice, overall. Layout 17/20 Like I mentioned in the First Impression section, your layout is nice, one of the best Exclusive has to offer! But you didn't even edit one of the headers, it reads Dreamy World Collection, as you probably know. It is very random to be up there. Now, moving on to something a bit more important: text areas! You didn't add any effects to them at all! So they are the plain, bland, ugly, default Neopets text areas! Add some CSS to your text areas! You can find the code to do that at this CSS guide! Other than those things, you layout is very nice! Content 21/30 Your criteria is nice, but you haven't reviewed any sites yet! I can't comment on your reviews all that much because I don't know HOW you review! Your site's introduction is cute, very creative and welcoming! There are a few spelling/grammar errors, but I won't take off any points for that in this section, since it isn't the Spelling/Grammar section, obviously. Your rules for reviewing seem fair enough. Since your site is small, you don't have a lot of content, and therefore I can't make this section all that huge, but, um, yeah. :P Spelling/Grammar 6/10 I see a LOT of Spelling/Grammar mistakes on your site. In your site's introduction, your site's name should be capitalized. It should be capitalized throughout the whole site, really. I don't see many Spelling mistakes, but a lot of Grammar mistakes. You didn't capitalize many words you should have though, like your site's title, the word I, and a lot of proper nouns you should have capitalized! Originality 5/10 You haven't reviewed anyone yet, so I wouldn't about your style of reviewing, but your layout is great, one that isn't used that often, so it's a bit more unique. But other than that, nothing really sets your site apart from all of the other review sites of Neopia. Neatness 7/10 Your site is a bit neat, your headers are cute and links functional, but your site isn't all that labeled. You should have a separate section of your site for you review rules and forms and criteria, it shouldn't all be cramped into one section. They should have their own sections.
