*Note* For whomever that is responsible for this, I've fixed most of the codes but some still have to be edited to be able to function correctly. Also, you're going to have to put the banners into the page yourself because I can't put the code for a textarea in a textarea.

Welcome, guest, to the Extraordinary Cullen Banners Page! Here are some banners made by our members for our guild. Please support us and put one in your userlookup, shop, gallery, or anywhere else!<p><center>
<b>Submit Your Banner</b><br></center>
If you would like to make a banner for the guild, your banner will be displayed on this page.<p>Please read the following rules and instructions to submit banners:
<ol>
<li>Your banner must be made by you. Meaning it cannot be stolen from somebody else.
<li>Your banner must be twilight related and contain the words "The Extraordinary Cullen" on it.
<li>Please make the banner look pretty and include at least a good picture.
<li>The banner width is preferably 437 pixels or smaller. It could be wider but in this layout, I would have to shrink it.
<li>Please include your credit on your banner.
<li>If possible, please host your banner on Photobucket, Imageshack, or somewhere else. It's free.
<li>Then, post your image anywhere on Neopets (petpage, shop, lookup, etc.) so I can tranfer it to this page.
<li>Thank you for supporting the guild!!
