The following are the conditions you agree to when you order a custom cupcake from this bakery. Please read and agree to these rules before you submit an order form. Anyone found to have stolen or misused any cupcake here will be reported to TNT or any offsite service team if applicable. Remember: while I love cupcakes and heaps of frosting like you, I do not tolerate sticky fingers in this bakery!
Credit is mandatory! Please do not remove the link back to /~maryanne_.
I will not add you to the waiting list, accept order forms, or hold your order form when requests are closed.
You may only request 1 cupcake per month.
I will not make cupcakes for pet applications, shields, layouts, banners, icons, or buttons.
I may reject your request and ask you to re-submit an order form if your order is confusing or incomplete.
I reserve the right to reject your request for whatever reason. If this situation applies to you, you will be notified.
If you are unsatisfied with your cupcake, you must notify me within 24 hours of receiving a pick-up confirmation neomail from me. If you do not, I will consider your order completed and will not remake your custom.

All of the Cupcakes, A History
All of the Cupcakes was first dreamed of in early March 2012. I found inspiration from local Bakeries in my hometown and in New Zealand, where I was studying abroad at the time. I had never owned a site on Neopets before, and the talent of the entire Neo sitely community intimidated me. However, my neofriends were a tremendous help and full of support. Thanks to them, especially Kate, Anna, Sarah, Kitty, Moose, Mojo and Emmy, I began working on my cupcakes site. The first layout was created in late March 2012, and the first cupcake was created in April 2012. By mid to late April, All of the Cupcakes was open and ready for business. Since then, All of the Cupcakes has gained a large and loyal following of cupcake lovers. Review and Ranking sites have honored our cupcakes with their recognition. The cupcakes requested here are always creative, meaningful, and a joy to make.

What is the meaning of All of the Cupcakes!?
The name came from the meme Clean All the Things! from the blog Hyperbole and a Half. This meme is used quite often at my former guild, The Neo Project. A fellow guild member insisted it be used for my site, and thus All of the Cupcakes! came to be.How do I change the size of my cupcake?
I get asked this often, so here is a quick tutorial! Below is a copy of what your main cupcake image code should look like:Note the part that says width="250". Change 250 to the number of your desired pixel size. Changing 250 to any number between 1-249 will make your cupcake smaller, while changing it to any number between 251-260 will make your cupcake bigger. What program do you use to make the cupcakes?
All cupcakes are made with love in my trusty old oven, which I've nicknamed Adobe Photoshop 7.How do you decide on the colors for each cupcake?
Each cupcake can be inspired by something different: a neopet paint color, a girl scout cookie, a street sign, a sandwich, an outfit, a book cover, anything at all! It's not all about flavor at this virtual bakery. I try to make each cupcake as aesthetically pleasing as I can!What is a cupcake series?
Every so often I will release a cupcake series, or a collection of new cupcake adoptables, that relates to a central theme. For example, my Paintbrush Cupcake Series features cupcakes individually designed after a particular paint color.Can I suggest a future cupcake series?

The best cupcake I ever had was a red velvet cupcake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting from a small bakery in Boston, MA. In general, I tend to love cupcakes with gooeyness in the middle! (Fruit, caramel, peanut butter, etc.)

The Dirty Dishes
All of the Cupcakes is often victim to thievery and misuse. You may have noticed the warnings that state I do not tolerate sticky fingers. Unfortunately, there are visitors out there who continue to come to this bakery and take cupcakes without credit.To me, theft is defined as removing my username from a cupcake, using a cupcake in your own graphics or artwork, submitting a cupcake in a BC/AG entry, or claiming it as your own by any other means. This is extremely disrespectful. Crediting me, the artist, is a way of showing your appreciation for the adoptable you are taking. It isn't hard to do. Pretending you created my art is piteous, selfish, and rude. It is not okay. For this reason, I report without warning when I see theft.
If you are wondering why I feel so strongly about this, I hope the statistics below will put everything into perspective.

46 cupcakes have been caught stolen or misused.
34 cupcakes were stolen before AotC went on hiatus in August 2012.
9 cupcakes have been caught stolen since AotC returned from hiatus.
24 of the offenders have been reported.
14 of the offenders have been subsequently frozen.
1 offender was offsite.
Thank you to those who have referred me to cupcake thieves they have seen. I continuously check on known visitors, requesters, and other site makers, watching out for cases of misuse. You may think this is an overreaction. The bottom line is that I take pride in my work, and I am willing to exercise my right to defend my art.
Some might conclude this message with the phrase Don't let me catch you stealing. I think a more accurate sentence would say, Follow the rules and respect my work. Thank you.
