(20/30) Layout: Ok, so first of all I think your layout is to dark, bright colors are more attractive these days. Besides that, your layout is unique, and I think the banner is cool, but you need to change the colors, so I'll put some sites under references for you to check out if you want to get a layout requested. Also I think the sub headers for every header you have are useless, as in you don't need them.
(15/20) Content: When I came to the front page, I first saw rules? You need to have an Introduction that inspires people to see what you have on your site. Also I saw that your counter is at the top left of the layout, viewers would mostly look for a counter on the Sitely page, and it just looks bad up in the corner like that. Though, your premades are wonderful, and organized, good job.
(20/20) Organization: Your site is very organized. I think you should put a more? link under your link back to the left bottom though, because I didn't know that you had more buttons until I reached the sitely page.
(3/5) Link backs: Your link backs are all high quality except for the 1st, 2nd, and last one. For premades and request you should have at least 4 high quality buttons.
(4/5) Spelling & Grammar: You have kind of a little slang in your sub headers, I really dont think that is professional. Besides that your spelling is excellent.
(20/20) Good Quality Sitely: Theirs only one thing here that needs help, and that is you don't have a neomail me link or a envelope on the affiliates part where you say to neomail you after we fill out the form. Some people don't see the contact link at the top. I think it would be more easier. Well, your sitely is wonderful besides that!
