I will not be online to update Maraquan Festival through November 24 through December 6. I am not putting Maraquan Festival on hiatus or closing competions or voting. Feel free to send in forms for anything that is open. Just be aware it will not be updated untill December 7. If my inbox is full on my main account please neomail me here. Thank you!

November 7, 2009: One new button made by Desire. Scince nobody has applied to be featured site in the banner contest, I have made a banner contest but it will not be used for a site. All of the old contestants have been moved to the history section.

November 1, 2009: Hey everybody I hope you had a wonderful Halloween with lots of candy. Now say good bye to October and hello to November. I removed all of the October updates and saved them with all the other old updates from here. Today the October SOTM ended at Paper Doll. Unfortunatly I did not win, but I did get and award for participating. I signed up for the November SOTM there though, so we'll see how that goes. One new contestant in the sotm. I'm thinking about a new layout for November, but I don't know what I want to do yet.

Rules

1. Your site has to fit into one of the following catagories: directory, review, premades, button requests, graphics, guides (including dailies), or pixels.
2. You must have a 81x31 button
3. You must link back to Maraquan Festival.
4. Only 5 contestants allowed in each catagory.
5. Voting starts once there are enough contestants and last for two weeks.
6. If you are in the competition you can only vote for one person in each catagory other than yours.
7. If you are not in the competion, you can vote for one person in each catagory.

Rules

The banner contest will feature a site in need of a banner for the top of thier page. Contestants will compete to see who makes the best banner for the featured site. Voting is like any other contest, and it is not the decision of the site owner to chose who wins. But, the site owner has the right to use any one of the banners made for the competion, as long as they leave a credit. If you have a graphics site and enter as a contestant, or if you own the featured site, you must link back to Maraquan Festival. Voting will start when there are 5 contestants and will then last two weeks.
