Introduction

Rivalry has ravaged the forests of the Great River Valley for years. Steelclaw, the former leader of the Dark Forest Pack is the accused cause of the rivalry. During his rule, Steelclaw exiled a group of wolves he accused of treason. The exiled wolves formed a pack, the Coastal Forest Pack, determined to get revenge. After years of spilled blood, Steelclaw was sent into exile by his pack mates. However, the hatred continues through the next generation of wolves. What will happen to the packs now? The future is uncertain...

Welcome

Welcome to Exiled, guest! My name is Shadowfur, and I am the leader of the Dark Forest Pack. War between us and the Coastal Forest Pack has been raging since long before I was born. My father, Steelclaw, is long gone along with my mother. I've become leader of the Dark Forest Pack in hopes to clean up my father's mess. However, hatred runs deep in our veins... and whether this can be fixed or not, I am uncertain.

Joining

Joining is very easy, and open for anyone. If you would like to join please send an application to me (Newberrytiger) so that you can be added to the RP list. You may send in your application shortly after actually joining, so that I can move you from a "Newbie" rank to a "Pack Member" rank. Also remember that your character does not have to be a wolf to join, but does have to be a canine or similar animal to join a pack. Please make sure your animal has the right body parts (Ex. no wolves with wings) and no outrageous colors or any types of powers. The pack you choose is totally up to you. Neither packs have any kind of special perks, they are both about the same when it comes to benefits.

The Dark Forest Pack

The Dark Forest Pack is the oldest pack in the Great River Valley. Their dens are located somewhere deep in the forest, where the enormous trees block most of the sunlight. The prey is plentiful here, and a lake is located in the pack's territory.

The Coastal Forest Pack

The Coastal Forest Pack is a bit younger than their neighboring pack. Their dens are said to be located inside a cave near the shore. With very little trees in the nearby forest, they get plenty of sunshine and live by the ocean.

Rouges

Consisting of good and evil, the Rouge group includes anyone that doesn't belong to a pack. They usually live alone, but have a wide range of territory to choose from. Many different creatures make up this group.

Rules

Follow TNT's rules, they're kinda important.
No chatspeak, only English! If you can't spell words without using numbers... there's a problem.
Please respect others! That means don't do things without their permission, like killing off their character.
Keep things PG-13 tops
You're allowed only two characters to start with. Don't worry though, you may have some opportunities through role play to inherit more.
Please do not ask to be on council, this will only weaken the chances.
Trolling is yeah, not allowed :P
Please use OOC and BIC when chatting in-between roleplay
Double posting is fine, just try not to go overboard, it gets annoying for the other members
If you leave for a long period of time, please let me know or post it on the calendar. You will not be kicked out, but if you are gone long enough you may be deemed inactive.

Rankings

So a little information on rankings at Exiled. Why do we have them? They are to encourage you members to post and be active of course! This doesn't mean you can spam unnecessarily to gain rankings, this will just get you a suspension. Here's a list of ranks:

Newbie (0+)-This is your starting rank upon joining. You are free to post and look around as much as you want, but your rank will not increase until you make a character.
Full Member (0-99 posts)-This is your starting rank after you've created your character(s)
Regular (100-249 posts)- Congratulations! You've finally made it to a regular. You're noted for your dedication to the guild.
Elite (250-499)-You're clearly dedicated! You're post count has given you the privilege to an optional three characters.
Master Elite (500+)-Your dear dedication to the guild has earned you the highest possible ranking. You are now allowed four characters, and along with the council you will be notified of any big guild decisions (:

Quitting

Yes, this is indeed a sad section. However, if you would like to quit for any reason, please do folow what's written here. Obviously you have a character, so you may do one of three things:

Kill off your character. Whether it's from a fight, illness, accident, or etc.
Give your character to another player to roleplay
Your character leaves/runs away

Please notify me if you are to leave.
