And you can get it! Welcome to Lauren (xsilverlining) Guide to getting the avatar, or the Whack-a-staff-member Trophy. Below are the things you can earn from this game.
  
Check the High scores tables to see how many points you need. When playing for the trophy,try playing and the re-set day (last day of each month) that is when they renew the scores.
And for the avatar collecters 
You need 2,250+ points to get the avatar. Trust me, you will get the hang of it! It's easy ;3
Before the game
Sily as it sounds the way you feel affects how you play. No brainer.
Set Up
1)Make sure your desk or whatever area you have is set up clean with no clutter, and at least a foot wide radius of space to move your mouse around.
2)GET ANGRY! Just get frozen? Lost a rare item due to a glitch? Why do you think TNT made this game. Maybe it will distract you from sending in so many reports, I'm not sure, but the more serious you get about hitting all of the Staff members (in the game ;3) the better I guarantee you will do!
3)Don't play on a laptop! If that is all you have then try getting on your friends computer (after logging out of your own computer of course) You don't want to get frozen! -tip by tyipibozu
4) Also rember to close all IM programs etc. they lag your computer badly! -tip by dragon_girl_haku
Basics First
If you already know these you can skip ahead in the guide. Though if you are new I suggest you read these tips first!
1)Always try to get at least 186-200 points each level, if you don't have that by level one, start over! It is possible too get over 200 on level one. I once got 226!
2)Ladies first is how the saying always goes. And of course it's right xP Go for the girls first! They are usually worth more points than the boys in this game.
3)I know level one and two are boring for the advanced players, but get all the points you can now! The more you get earlier the less you will have to hurry later.
4)Turn DOWN the volume how distracting does "Tiffany eat your socks!" get during round 12?
5) Use the mouse for the mallet and not the spacebar. I tend to miss 1/3 of the staff members when using the space bar after round three. (**Note If you are distinctly better at using the spacebar you can do it, but I don't suggest it :D Find what's best for you!)

Between the Game
Around level 5-6 in you should have about 1,000-1,200 points. If you do, you will probally get that avatar or trophy!
Also, if you had to work very hard to get that far, I suggest jumping up and down or drinking some water in between the level 6 game break.
Inbetween the higher levels, if you crack your fingers/knuckles, you should do so. Otherwise, they might get stiff, or crack on their own...and disrupt your game. -tip by plzdontfreeze_me
Advanced Play
Okay so you've got a Talent for WASM now let's put it to work!
1) Make sure your mouse is fast! If you go to start--settings--control panel--and click on mouse (in classic view) You can control the speed of your mouse.
2) The code a5paragu5 makes your mallet bigger. But really all it does is make you lose points typing it in takes to long, and even then the mallet is too hard to hit with.
3)Make sure to keep your mouse in the center of the area before and after hitting the staff members, that way you will be prepared to move fater to the next person.
4)PRACTICE!PRACTICE!PRACTICE!
5) Have your wrist comfortably placed so you can get each meber. (It's all about the wrists :3)
6)Make sure the screen size is set to normal.
7) My opinion is to don't change the quality to low to cheat, first of it's against the rules. Secondly, doing so doesn't quite count as earning anything for yourself. Trust me you can do it!
Though some say "Since Low is a valid setting that is provided by TNT, I don't see it as cheating. Personally, I dislike poor graphics and have a good computer, so I play on high. 1 of many reasons why I don't have many trophies" you can choose which way you agree with :D
8)Memorize how much each of the players are worth easy way:common boys=low points; uncommon boys=high; girls= high; The girl on the avatar=Highest of all!
9)At level 10+,focus on only one side of the cubicles and hitting those worth more points. -thanks for reminding me indingoblue ;3
10) Take a break of 30 Sec between each level of WASM -ertegenaan123
11)When your on level 10 and above, keep your mouse to one side of the cubicles because the people go by so fast. -cutie_pux
12)In between the higher levels go get something to eat/drink so that you don't get distracted by your thirst/hunger during the game. -money_o_o
13)I think most of the trophy collectors usually play games where you have to click a lot on a small screen. There's less mouse movement. -Tip by lkozma

*Don't send your score often remember you can only play three times a day while sending scores!
