About this page... Rules and regulations aren't exactly fun; however, as much as we don't like them - they help keep us safe, and provide standards which ensure that everything runs smoothly around the guild. Please note that all guild rules are subject to change as needed.

• Respect All Other Guild Members
  Caffeine! is an adult guild. So please, let's be mature and respect one another. Thank goodness that we've never had a problem with drama in the guild, so let's keep it that way! Derogatory words or actions against fellow members in the guild will result in immediate suspension. If the issue is serious enough, permanent deletion from Caffeine! will result. We take our members seriously. Our bond of friendship should never be threatened by disrespect or rudeness.
• Respect Guild Leaders and Moderators
  Guild leaders and board mods are assigned the task of enforcing the guild rules. Please respect the requests of C! council members and board mods if you are contacted by one them. Please view the bottom of the page if you are unsure about moderators and council members.

• Messageboard Rules
  When posting on the guild messageboard, keep your posts at least two lines long. Anything shorter is considered spam and will be deleted by a board moderator. If you are new to the guild, a few accidental 1-liners are alright (So don't worry! We won't give you the boot...)
  
  

  Helpful Hints If you're having trouble with the 2-line rule, try replying to more than one post in your message. During high-traffic hours on the board, and during special occasions such as bashes and guild meetings - this rule may be temporarily waived. Please don't post more than four-times in a row. There is also no need to apologize for accidental double-posts. They will be deleted by a moderator, no harm done. ;)

• Please be considerate and DONT TyP lyK Diz!1! LOL!!! Not only is it difficult to decipher, but it's annoying and does not represent the maturity we appreciate at Caffeine! This includes typing in ALL CAPS - WHICH MEANS YOU ARE YELLING. (And we don't like when people yell at us...)

• Please don't advertise your trades, shop, or auctions unless you are having a specific sale or bargains FOR GUILD MEMBERS.

• During discussions on the guild board, please attempt to stay on topic! Make sure what you're saying is relevant to the conversation, and not some off-the-wall gibberish. For example: If we're talking about the NC mall, don't randomly tell us you like cheese. (Unless your cheese-enjoyment can somehow relate to the NC mall...)

• Follow TNT Rules & Regs
  Remember that we are all guests on the Neopets site. DO NOT discuss topics disallowed by Neopets Terms & Agreements! Members have been suspended by TNT, & Toni has received warnings because of inappropriate topics on the board. Please USE discretion in your conversation. If you think it's off-color, then please keep it to yourself. Otherwise you will be risking the GUILD, it's members, and yourself!

  Board Moderators

  Who are they? Board Moderators are sometimes jokingly referred to as the Spam Faeries. They are members of Caffeine! who've been assigned the task of keeping the boards clean.

  These members are asked to keep the board free of short, pointless posts that might clog-up conversation. =) They are to the boards what fiber is to our digestive systems... (Ewww!)

  Board moderators should politely remind any members posting 1-liners to read our rules. If the spamming continues, the Moderators are expected to delete the messages and privately Neomail the member.
  If a member continues to spam the board and ignore the requests of a board moderator and a council member, immediate banning from the guild will result.

  Caffeine! reserves the right to permanently ban anyone found breaking our rules without prior notification.
