Organization: Can I easily get around your site with its navigation? Can I easily tell apart your content? Is it all jumbled up? ?/10
Updates: Do you update once every month? Do you update every single day? ?/5

Full Review:
First Impression 9/10: When I first looked at your site, I thought it was very professional looking. I love the layout, and how clean it looks. However, the layout is different from your standard site layout and takes a minute for you to adjust to the navigation. I like the variety with the layout, though. I love to see new and unique things. Nice job!
Layout 14/15: Your layout functions fine in Internet Explorer. Like I had said above, the layout is very clean and professional looking. I really like it! On the down side, it takes a minute for the links to load onto my computer, and when you try to enter the lookup and preview section it takes a minute before the layout pops up. I really like the uniqueness of the layout!
Grammar and Spelling 15/15: I've gone through your entire site and have read anything and everything only to find absolutely no grammar or spelling mistakes whatsoever. I feel defeated. But on the bright side you get full points for this section!
Organization 8/10: I personally love the organization of you separating the previews from the layouts themselves. It may be a little bit more difficult for some users to use the layouts with it organized like that, but you could supply easy navigation to get back to certain areas of your site. I recommend adding a little 'to the previews' section at the end of each section of layouts so that it's easier for users to preview their layouts beforehand
Updates 5/5: From what I can see you update every day without missing a beat. Full points!
Quality and effort 10/10: I can see you put a substantial amount of effort into your site. You have so many different layouts, and each of them is high quality. I'm literally going to book mark your page. Once again, full points!
Content 34/35: You have so much content! Believe it or not, I actually went through all of it. I really love your style of layouts, by the way. It's very clean and precise looking. I actually did find one flaw in your perfect site though. On one of the partial previews you have for your neo related layouts, the picture is broken. I suggest fixing that. I screenied it for you:

Full Review:
First Impression 7/10: Honestly, the first impression I got when I first looked at your site was it looked messy. I'm not too big of a fan of the premade you used. Also, right off the bat I noticed that you have 'Petpage layout made by Nienkju' written underneath your title. It's a rather odd spot to put it. The layout itself already has credit written on it. If you still wanted to put credit, I suggest putting it under a credit section towards the bottom of your page. Your page did load fairly quickly on my computer unlike other screenies. Good Job for that.
Layout 12/15: Your layout functions fine in my browser. The only problem I have with it is that it shows the black 'pets, games …..and so much more at neopets.com' banner at the top.
Grammar and Spelling 15/15: It's kind of hard to grade on this, because there's not much of an introduction or anything in your screenies. For the most part, in your screenies you are pretty literate. Kudos to that. So you get full credit!
Organization 3/10: Quite honestly, the only way to get around your site is by scrolling downward. It's pretty hard to navigate that way. I suggest separating screenies into categories. (Neoboard screenies, random event screenies ect.) I suggest doing that for easier navigation. It'll make the whole thing so much more organized.
Updates 0/5: You don't update at all. Even though you are a screenie site, you could always update when you add new screenies. This helps the user who's viewing the screenies know if the site is inactive or not. Unfortunately I can't give you any points for this section.
Quality and effort 8/10: Hopefully this doesn't sound too harsh, but it doesn't look like too much effort is put into your screenies. It only appears this way to me because you have some pretty messy art. The quality however is really all there. Some of your screenies are pretty hilarious and made me laugh hysterically. Keep up the fantastic work!
Content 30/35: You have a good amount of content so good job! And your screenies are actually funny! That being said, I think your screenies are very sloppy and messy looking. You leave a lot of white left on your screenies which could easily be taken off. Also, I noticed that to take people's names out, you take out the entire profile side of someone's post. To make the screenies look cleaner just use the eye dropper tool and color over the user's username and active's name. This screenie below concerns me. The user's profile part of her post is taken out of the screenie but her font has a link to a pet page of hers. Users can easily look her up by looking up the pet's name in the petpage. I suggest fixing that. 
Another thing I noticed was that the coding you have for a link-back button doesn't work. You should fix that. If you need the code for it let me know. This is the button below:

First Impression 10/10: When I first entered your site I fell in love. Your layout is adorable! I immediately wanted to continue onto your site. Great job with that! That being said, I have to critique the little images you have on the front page. They're a little squashed together. To fix it look at this:
Layout 14/15: The layout functions fine. There's no bugs or any over lapping area. Good job! The navigation however is little hard to read and use. I'll get more into it when we talk about organization.
Grammar and Spelling 14/15: I read through all of your site and only found one mistake. Under your rules it says "2. Be nice to the people who win, you'll get an award if you enter and is nice!" Changes 'is nice' to are nice. Try proofreading your stuff before you save it, though I'm sure everyone makes mistakes like that. I probably have a few typos around High Expectations. :p
Organization 6/10: You're navigation is what caught my attention the most. You have a lot of links for the user who's looking at your site to look through. Most of them are unnecessary. I put together an outline for you, to help with your navigation:
Also, you may want to take this into consideration. You can go through your entire site just by scrolling down the first page. I personally suggest adding div tags under each anchor to separate them.
Updates 4/5: You update regularly most of the time. You only have one big gap, which is excusable. You do have a little typo in your updates that you might want to fix.

Quality and effort 8/10: You sound like you really want your site to strive. You seem very determined to have a quality site, and you put a lot of effort into it. The quality of your site just isn't there yet. I believe it can happen though.
Content 30/35: You only have 2 people entered in your current contest. Advertisement is key. The help boards is a great place for that.
You have had contestants though, so nice job! Your site seems seem fairly new though.
A few things I'd like to point out before your review is over is that your link back buttons text area is pretty huge. Try downsizing it. Just the opposite, your affiliates and listers box is a little too small. Try making that one bigger. Also you should move around a few things on your sign up page. Look here for further explanation. 
Overall, I love your site. In fact, you just may see High Expectations being entered. Fix the little things that I pointed out and you're sure to have a flourishing site. Good luck with Every Full Moon!

First Impression 9/10: Your site's layout is beautiful. I love winter themed layouts and the one you have up is perfect. However, when I first entered, I noticed that your 'Neomail Me' envelope, and Falling Up buttons have a big purple border around it. To eliminate that, use this code:
Layout 15/15: Your layout functions fine in Internet Explorer. Your navigation is really easy to get around as well. The ABC navigation is superb as well. Nice job!
Grammar and Spelling 10/15: You have a few grammar and spelling mistakes here and there. Here are some that you should fix:
Under your paintbrush section it says: What is a Paint Brush? It paint brush can be used to paint your pet any colour you would like. Change 'It' to 'a'.
Under your petpet paintbrush section it says: For those of you wondering no, petpetpets do not have paint brushes for them I suggest taking out that entire sentence.
Are they worth it? I suggest taking that one out too. You supply no answer to the question.
Under the petpetpet section it says: No there are no petpetpetpets.
Revise it to "And no, there aren't any petpetpetpets." And put it at the end of the paragraph.
Organization 10/10: As I said before, I love your navigation. It's very, very easy to use. Full credit for this section. C:
Updates 0/5: You don't update at all. I suggest changing your Fan Mail section to an Updates section. You don't have to updates often, just when you add new items or update prices.
Quality and effort 10/10: This is a very useful site. The site shows that you put quality and effort into it. Nice job!
Content 33/35: Your content is very useful. I tried my best to check your prices and most of them are very accurate. Props for that.
One thing I'd like to point out to you is your sitely section. I found a few issues that you may want to fix. I expressed them in this screenie:
Overall, I find this site very, very useful. Once you fill in your other blank sections, your site will be perfect. I see many users using your site as a helpful guide. In fact, I myself will probably end up using it. Good job and keep up the good work.
