First Impression 10/15: I would like to come back, but the background is just a little too bright. When I look at the site, the first thing that pops into my mind is that it is going to be a site about baby unis.
Organization 9/10: I had to take one point off because the forms should have what is it for above each of them.
Neatness 17/17: Great! No broken images or broken links!
Spelling and Grammar 2.9/3: I had to take .1 off because you said, "...neomail me 'bout it and I'll..." I think you should type that extra letter! It will help a lot of people understand it better.
Quality/Content 16/20: The quality is very good and you have a lot of content! I like the glittered 'Not UFT' banners. Very creative. I must say though, the blinkies and buttons are kind of plain and a little boring. I would definitely go to your site for glitters and 'Not UFT' banners, but I wouldn't go to you for blinkies and buttons.
Layout 10/10: The layout is nice, but I don't feel it fits your site at all. Try going for a custom layout here.
Link Back 6/5: The link back buttons are all the right size and of really good quality.
Overall Impression 20/20: Good job! You followed all of my tips!
Comments: Get either a better pre-made or get a custom layout! Other than that, your site is well on it's way!

The Heart Of Sanrio

First Impression 11/15: I would definitely want to come back! The site just looks interesting. The background is black. Black might not be the best choice for your site. When I think of Sanrio, I think of light colors because Sanrio always puts light blues and pinks and sometimes purples into their products, so try to incorporate those colors into the background.
Organization 10/10:Everything is in a specific spot, which is good. Good job!
Neatness 12/17: When I finish looking over your page, I think, "She must of spent a lot of time and effort into this page." There are some broken images. One is the Christmas Hello Kitty Userlookup. Another one is the Affiliates button with orchidpetals(pixel dust). Everything else is really good!
Spelling and Grammar 3/3: Nothing that I could see! Keep up the good work!
Quality/Content 20/20: The quality is perfect! There is a lot of content. QUALITY CONTENT!!! They are very creative. I've never seen another Sanrio site.
Layout 6/10: The layout is nice, the colors blend pretty well, but the neopets things at the top and the bottom of the page peek out from UNDER your layout. If you are going to keep them there, put them into a credits section!!! That makes it look, well, ugly.
Link Back 2/5: The link back buttons are of good quality, but they aren't 88x31. I think you should make 88x31 buttons instead of bigger ones. No one really uses buttons any bigger than 88x31.
Overall Impression 10/20: You don't have a counter, which is REALLY bad because ALL review sites look for counters. You have navigation, which is really good. You don't have a direct link to neomail you. That really bugs me! I hate it when sites don't have the direct link.
Comments: Get a counter, get 88x31 buttons, and make a direct link for people to neomail you on the same page of the requests. Follow my advice and apply for another review.

First Impression 15/15: I would love to come back! The background is PERFECT! I love how around the text it is blue, but it fades out into gray. I think that this is going to be a wonderful site!
Organization 10/10: Everything is in a place. Everything is very organized! Good Job!
Neatness 17/17: Everything is VERY nice and neat. Excellent!
Spelling and Grammar 3/3: Nope. Nothing wrong. Two thumbs up!
Quality/Content 14/20: The graphics are of VERY good quality, but there is NOT a lot of content! You should of waited until you have more content to apply for a review. They aren't very creative, and are quite boring to be honest. try adding a little more, well, YOU! Express yourself in your graphics!
Layout 10/10: The layout is very nice and it fits the site well. The colors blend well because the blue fades into the gray.
Link Back 5/5: The link back buttons are of good quality and of the right size, but you only have one! Try to have more of a variety!
Overall Impression 18/20: Your site name isn't very original, so I had to take off 2 points. You have a counter, navigation, and a direct link to neomail you!!! Yay! Good job!!

First Impression 15/15: I would most definitely want to come back! Just looking at it gets me excited! I love the background, but I can't comment on it because you didn't want me to.
Organization 6/10: Everything is in a spot, but you have no navigation! I had to take off 4 points. Two for no navigation, and two for no back to top button! The code for a back to top button is:
Just copy and past that where you want the backt to top link to be.
Neatness 16/17: I love your site! I had to take one point off because the affiliates link with kaleron is a 'bandwidth exceeded' button. Either make that a text link, or get a different button from them.
Spelling and Grammar 2/3: ARGH! I'm sorry,but I had to take .5 off for every 'mistake'. I like doing that too, but I kinda have to.

Layout 5/10: You requested me not to judge your layout because you were working on one, so you get a free 5 points! If I gave you a free 10, it wouldn't be fair, so I gave you half. =)
Link Back 4.25/5: The link back buttons are of good quality, but they are the wrong size! Noooooooo! I had to take off .25 each! Ouch.
Overall Impression 14/20: You have a counter, so I'll give you 5 points for that. You don't have 88x31 link back buttons, so I have to take off 5 points. You don't have a direct link to neomail you, and you don't have navigation, which is minus 10 more points. You're graphics are so good, I'll give you 9 bonus points.

Overall Impression 14.5/20: Maybe you could make the link a direct link to the site, not a 'click here to enter' place. The one I found like that was Shadow's Graphix. There are some broken links. One was Assess Guild Reviews. Another one was Hope the adoption agency. The last one I found was Intuition. You should update the names of the sites, like Polka Dot Reviews is now The Audit. I had to take off .5 point for each. You dan't have a direct link to neomail you, so I'll have to take off 2 points. You don't have navigation, but you said you were working on it, so I'll only take off 1 point.
Comments: Fix up the broken links and such, put a direct link to neomail you and put up your navigation.

First Impression 10/15: I would definately want to come back! The background is a little too bright, so I took off 2 points. It kinda hurts.Just looking at it, I think "The Audit!" As I read on, I see that this is a directory instead. When I see it, I think of this being one of the sites by the same owner of The Audit. I took 3 points off for this little confusion.
Organization 10/10: Everything is in its own spot!
Neatness 17/17: Everything is neat! Great job!
Spelling and Grammar 2/3: Only two little mistakes! 4.I just word link on this site! Maybe you could rephrase that to "4.I just use word links on this site! The other one is 'Tips 4 Sucsess' The correct spelling is 'Tips 4 Success'.
Quality/Content 20/20: Very Helpful!
Layout 7/10: I like the layout, but as I said in the 'First Impression' category, too similar to The Audit. Maybe go for a custom.
Link Back 5/5: All the buttons are the right size and of really good quality. Bravo.
Overall Impression 14/20: Maybe you sould check the links once in a while...I see a few broken links. #1: Hope Adoption Agency.

First Impression 13/15: I would LOVE to come back! *bookmarks* The background is beautiful! I love it! When I first see your site, I think of House, but as I scroll, I see it is more about anime than about House. I took 2 points off for this.
Organization 10/10: All the lookups are in a nice spot! Good Job!
Neatness 16.5/17: I love your site! There is one broken link though. Its the one to the neoboards. I took off .5 for that.
Spelling and Grammar 1.5/3: Only thing!
a) Find two pictures at least, preferably as large as possible so I don't have to mess with the resolution too bad." It should be "a) Find at least two pictures-preferably as large as possible so I don't have to mess with the resolution too much." Another one is "Q: Can you make me a special lookup according to my requests?" It should be "Q: Can you make me a special lookup according to my request?" This is another one. "A: I'm happy to do anything. However, I don't do Neo-Related themed lookups." "neo-related lookups" would be better. I took off .5 for each.
Quality/Content 20/20: The quality is perfect AND there is a very wide variety! Nice! I've never seen another anime lookup site. VERY creative. Wonderful job!
Layout 5/10: The layout is very nice! I took off 5 points because as you stated, it is a combination of your 2 favorite shows, Supernatural and House, but it doesn't really fit your site. Since your site offers mostly anime lookups, maybe you should make or get an anime layout. I took 5 points off for that.
Link Back5/5: They are all the right size and are really good quality! Bravo.
Overall Impression 17/20: You don't have a counter, so I took off 3 points. You have a direct link to neomail you, navigation, and link back buttons! Awesome!

Maeve's Graphics

First Impression 7/15: Yeah... I had to take 8 points off. 5 Points were taken off because the colors, purple and blue, at least those shades, don't go together. It kinda hurts the eyes. Maybe try blue and brown, blue and orange, or other complimentary colors. 1 point was taken off because your banner is much smaller than your columns. The other two points were taken off because your header 1 backgrounds were not the length of the whole column, which created this gaping purple hole.
Organization 5/10: Okay, so here's the deal. I go to your site and I see your link back buttons in the BIG column. Try to keep only your content in the big column and everything else in the side column. I took off 2 points for that. Your counter should go at the bottom of the column not the top, so I took off 1 point. The navigation should be below the intro, so I took off 1 point. The last point I took off was because you didn't have 'Back To Top' buttons, which made me have to scroll a lot.
Neatness 9.5/17: When I finish looking over your page, I actually think thay this page is very messy. As I stated in the first two categories, you have room for improvement, so I took off 7 points. The link to Button Bliss is broken. Button Bliss is closed. I took off .5 for that.
Spelling and Grammar 2/3: I actually found quite a few errors in this category. "so...There sort of plain" should be "so they are sort of plain". Another one was "Also I put all my icons on tinypic". That should be "Also, I put all of my icons on tinypic". The other one I saw was "cats with there names on them so". It should be "cats with their names on them so". The last one I found was "I made this by my self and it's not very good but it's the first banner I ever made so..." It should be "I made this by myself and it's not very good, but it's the first banner I ever made so..." I took off .5 for each.
Quality/Content 16/20: The premade icons were really high quality, but the customs were bad quality. Maybe re-do them or save them as .png. I took off 2 points for that. There is not a lot of content, so I took off 2 points.
Layout 1/10: The layout does not fit the page at all. The colors don't match and the banner is too small. I suggest either making your own layout or getting a better premade one. I personally think that in this category, you earned only 1 point.
Link Back 4/5: I think your link back buttons are fabulous, but maybe you should either re-size or take down the one that you made because no one uses out-of-size buttons. I took off 1 point off.
Overall Impression 15.5/20: Your site name isn't that creative, but you followed all my tips! Yay! You have a lot to work on, so considering everything I covered in the above topics, I'll give you a 15.5/20 in this subject.
Comments: Get a new layout, fix that broken link, re-save the icons, re-organize the sections, work on the name a little more and your site will be a hit!

First Impression 9/15: I would love to come back! The background is awesome! The only thing is that you can't really distinguish the columns from the background. It kinda blends a little /too/ much. I took off 2 points for that. Looking at it, I can't really read what the banner says and as I scroll, I can't read the 'Any links no longer working? Any petpages deleted?' part in the adoptables section or the 'About This Petpage' in the sidebar, so I took off 4 points total.
Organization 10/10: Everything is in a spot, nothing out of place.
Neatness 16.5/17: No broken images! Only one broken link. Assessment 101 is on an undefined hiatus, so maybe you should take them down. I took off .5 for that.
Spelling and Grammar 3/3: No spelling or grammatical errors that I can see. Good job!
Quality/Content 25/20: You have a /lot/ of sites listed! I'm not sure, but by my count, you have about 780 links. =O 780!!! Holy cow!
Layout 5/10: The layout itself looks awesome! The only flaw is that everything blends a little /too/ much. I can't really tell the background from the banner and the layout from the background. I took off 5 points because it is nice, but hard to see and read.

First Impression 15/15: I would love to come back! The background is simple and it doesn't kill my eyes with a neon color. I am not sure who the person in your banner is, but, since I am only 12, I probably don't know much yet...therefore, I can't take points off for that.
Organization 8/10: Everything is in a spot, but the rules should be in the main column before the content.
Neatness 13/17: After I looked through your page, I notices that some things were not coded. Why would you put un-coded content onto a pre-made graphics page? I took off 2 points for this. I also noticed that in your Affie Buttons box, there are some really tiny buttons. I'm sorry to say, but not many people use 40x45 buttons. I took off 1 point for this. Your first 2 affie links are broken, so I took off .5 for each.
Spelling and Grammar 0/3: Oh no! I found quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes.
#1: 'Not Everyone is acppeted.' Correction: Not everyone is accepted.
#2: Must are.' Correction: Most are.
#3: 'She doodles on a piece of tabe, Correction: She doodles on a piece of tape,
#4: 'Anyway, I can't add content to day, sorry!' Correction: Anyway, I can't add content today, sorry!

There are a total of 6 mistakes and I took off .5 for each, which equals 3 points off.
Quality/Content 15/20: The quality is great! There is an okay amount of graphics. I personally do not think they are that creative because most of the graphics just have plain pictures. Maybe try to add some text onto them, like a quote or something. I took off 5 points for this.
Layout 10/10: What can I say? I love your layout! The background seems to fit perfectly! The banner seems to include the person your site is themed after, so I guess it fits!
Link Back 4/5: You have an awesome 88x31 button, but, you only have one! Go request a button somewhere like Creative Chaos or Roast Zoe Button Requests or something! Just give your viewers more variety!!! I took off 1 point for this.

First Impression 13/15: I would love to come back! I love the layout! Cute! I have to say that the layout doesn't quite fit the site. I mean, don't get me wrong, but the layout is so bright while the background is rather plain. Looking at it, it looks very nice and professional.
Organization 10/10: Everything is in a spot, but I don't really get how premades are different than graphics. Some people think they are different, some don't, so I won't take points off for that.
Neatness 13.5/17: I love your site! I took off 3 points because the navigation to other parts of your site is a little odd. One thing is that when I click the link to premades, resources and affiliates opens into a new window. As I said before, I don't really get the difference between premades and graphics, so I took off .5 for that. Maybe you should make the 'Back To Top' text a color that stands out a little more from the black. Maybe try a white or neon colors, but try to steer away from grays.
Spelling and Grammar 2.5/3: I only found 1 spelling mistake. "Brishes/Stamps" should be "Brushes/Stamps". Considering you said you don't have an edu-mah-cation, you did pretty well here!
Quality/Content 25/20: Perfect quality! You have so much content, I have to give you 5 extra points! Keep up the great work!
Layout 12/10: As I said, I LOVE THE LAYOUT! The background isn't the best, but it still is terrific.
Link Back 5/5: Great! Great quality and you have a variety.
Overall Impression 15/20:I took 3 points off because you haven't updated since MARCH!! Emphasis on MARCH. You have a few broken links. One was the link to Final Destination Designs. They are closed. Lovebird is closed too. Button Bliss is closed too. Assessment 101 is also closed. Soroptimist directory is listed twice. O.o I didn't take any points off that one though. I took off .5 for each broken link.
Comments: Fix the broken links, maybe change the background and you're good to go!

First Impression 10/15: I would come back because I actually have about 3-4 xwees myself. The background is kind of messy because you can see where each square ends and where a new one begins. I took off 3 points because that makes your site look messier than it actually is. I took 2 more points off because you haven't updated since March. It's been about 2 months since the last update. I'm not even sure if you maintain the site anymore...
Organization 10/10: Everything is in the right spots and under the right categories.
Neatness 7/17: I took off 10 points because in every single xwee picture in the main column, except for the last one, is a picture of a cog wheel instead of a pet. That makes your site seem very messy.
Spelling and Grammar 3/3: Nothing that I can see!
Quality/Content 20/20: This is an original site. I haven't seen another xweetok directory yet, but you have to fix the images!
Layout 9/10: Everything is perfect except for the background flaw. I actually love the background! The yellow is a little too bright for my likings, but that is my personal opinion, so I won't take points off.
