Rules
1. The limit is one lab zap per day, therefore once a request has been put in, the neopets will be on a rotate system (meaning the same pet does not get done everyday, depending on how many there are to zap, it could get done every other day)
2. We can only transfer one pet "risk free" a month. therefore the first pet done will get transfered. you can request a "risky" transfer but that will YOUR risk
3.The max your pet can stay in the adoption centre is 1-2 months therefore everyone can have a fair chance
